My good friend and I decided to take our husbands to Seattle for a week. I had read that there is a lot to do out there and it was worth the trip. I had heard right! There was a ton to do, and this apartment was clutch mainly because of the central location. It was super clean and well kept. It even had laundry on site. Both couples loved the place and the area. Thanks to the owner who gave us a ton of reccomendations

I travel a lot for business, so these short home rentals are nothing new to me. In all honestly, this place stands out as one of the best. I was in town for a week with a fellow co-worker and this house served it's purpose and then some.

It was a last minute trip and the owner made the process very easy for us to get in and get comfortable.

The place was spotless, which is huge, b/c in my experience not all of these rentals are kept in such nice condition. It was a fast easy process that let me focus on what we were in town for.

I had been in Seattle many times but this was my co-workers first time. He was so impressed with the area and the home that he convinced me (it didn't take much) to tack on a couple of extra days to our stay. The location of this home is what hooked us. GREAT VALUE. can't beat the price for what you get!

If it is available, I would jump on it...

What a great find in Capitol Hill! The location of this house was aamazing- walking distance to almost anything, we were feeling lazy one day and ended up taking the bus which stops right at th end of the block. The property was clean, newly renovated, and had all the odds and ends like a flat screen and internet.

The owner was more than willing to help us out and make us feel as comfortable as possible.I would reccomend to any family member or close friend.

I'm usually not the person to leave reviews, but since I had a great stay at this location, I thought I'd just share very quick insight.

This apartment's description is pretty much the nutshell of the stay here. The apartment was cleaned right before we came in, so the cleanliness was definitely up to par.

Also, the owner is a good person and always willing to help when needed. That, and this place is very close to many stopping grounds including restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place to my own family or friends and, now, all of you.

I am so happy we came across this listing. The Capitol Hill section of Seattle is truly amazing. It is a very trendy fun area, we could have spent the entire trip without even visiting downtown. Although, we did check out Pike's Market and had so much fun watching them throw the fresh fish around! It was only 10 minutes away from the house. Great location...

The house was in great condition. It was newly renovated and furnished with comfy bed and couch! The neighbors were very friendly and so was the owner. He even let us borrow his iPod dock so we could listen to our music as we cooked in the kitchen!

I highly recommend staying at this place any time you are in the Seattle area looking for housing. I would 100% come back...
