House, 3 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 8)

2100 square feet, 3 level house, on a 1 acre lot with level walk-on access to Lake Champlain. Renovated with new kitchen and baths. Two bedrooms on the top floor and one on the lower, with the main living area and kitchen on the main floor. Canoe is available to use. Firepit by the water.

From November to the end of April the monthly rental is $2500.00/month, including water, heat, electricity, basic cable and internet.
