Beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2 ½ Bath fully furnished condo located right on the beach between Kaanapali and Kapalua Bay. Wrap-around lanai accessible from living room & bedroom, with fabulous views of Molokai & Lanai, and pool & pavilion area. Our condo is located on the beautiful West Coast of Maui in Kahana and is surrounded by Maui's spectacular natural beauty. Lounge on the uncrowded, beautiful sandy beach, barbecue poolside, or whale-watch from the private lanai. Our unit is an excellent choice for families wanting a comfortable unit with great views and amenities. Just a few steps away awaits an ocean of recreation. With our prime beachfront location, swimming and snorkeling in the sparkling Pacific waters is just a few steps away. You can swim in the pool, or sun yourself on the deck, or spacious lawn fronting the beach. There are two lighted tennis courts, a health club with sauna, ping pong, shuffleboard and a poolside pavilion for your enjoyment.

Check-in after 3:00 p.m. Check out by 11:00 a.m. There is a minimum 5-night stay during the Low Season. (with some exceptions) A discount will be given for stays of 21-days or more. Call or e-mail for more information. Rates and terms are subject to change without notice. Rates are shown and payable in US Dollars. A 12.41% state tax will be applied to all reservations for up to July 1, 2010, then 13.41% tax after July 1, 2010. Non-refundable linen/exit clean fee of $145.00 also applies. Payment method: VISA, MasterCard, Personal or Cashier's Check, PayPal.
  • To secure your reservation, we require a 2-night deposit within 7 days of your booking. The balance will be due within 45-days prior to your arrival, accept for Christmas through Feb. bookings, which are due in full Nov. 1st.
    A full refund will be given if cancellation is made at least 60-days prior to arrival. (60 days for Christmas rentals) A 50% refund if cancellation is received 30-45 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be given within 15-days of arrival unless re-rented. A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged on all cancellations.

Went with my family and had an awesome time! Plenty of room to move around, the view from all angles of this lanai was breathtaking ...... would stay here again in a heart beat!

The condo was great for our family of five. The
views were as spectacular as advertised. Falling
asleep to the sound of the waves was wonderful.
Spacious and well equipped.
Our kids enjoyed the pool, shuffle board and
spotting whales from the lanai in particular.
Kahana is a nice laid-back alternative to the hustle
and bustle of Lahaina and Kaanapali. Easy to drive
to those places, but nice to return to the pace of
Kahana.
We would definitely recommend this condo to
families with kids.

We found the condo to be very roomy and comfortable for our family of 5. The best feature is the huge wrap-around lanai with the incredible views of the nearby islands. We enjoyed spotting and watching the whales each day. Pool area was nice. Kathy was very helpful taking care of the details for our stay.

The property is terrific and a great value for the money, as you can see in all the other comments. The follow up by the owners is also terrific. Never have we had such attention to our vacation planning and enjoyment by the owner. Keep up the great work Kathy.

We had a wonderful time, the accomadations were excellant, the view beautiful, and it was warm. Ron and Kathy were great to work with. This was by far the best family vacation I have been on. thanks again Mitch
