|Minimum Stay||2 nights|
Drop down the lane to the vacation cabin on the river. You are out of the city and into the country in 60 seconds! Ducks, geese, birds are some of the wildlife you will see with a view from every window in the cabin. Drop in your fishing line, pick up that good book, and just relax...........
Back up the lane to restaurants, shopping, casino's, entertainment, and events in the Quad Cities that are happening daily.
Bring your boat/kayak and use the dock, or watch the Backwater Gamblers Ski Show just upstream every Wednesday and Sunday evening during the summer.
Winter is just as beautiful. See Eagles and deer right here along the river.

My husband and I have been married 30 years. We spent a lot of our free time with our two sons and their friends on the rivers in the summers (The Rock and the Mississippi):boating, camping, fishing, ice fishing - and in 1999 found a home on the river where we live today. We love it here on the river. It's the best!
Jeff Puck purchased this cabin in 2005
We have rented vacation rental cabins in Minnesota, Lake Okoboji in Iowa, and in Estes Park, Co. ourselves and have realized we have the best of everything right here and would like to share this we you!
Here you feel as if you are in the country, but right up the street are shopping, restaurants, theaters, museums, parks, 3 miles from the Mississippi Riverfront, casino's, and lots of live entertainment. Numerous events of the Quad Cities are DAILY! = NEVER A DULL MOMENT!! but without the drive!

Home is large and you got everything what you need washer dryer few step to the river and a lot of place for dog to play .Also we are very enjoying when Bella visiting as during stay she is a great dog .You don't be disappointed on this house
I was very happy I found this gem on the internet! It was the perfect place for my friends and me to get together. Everything we needed was there, all we had to bring was our food. I would highly recommend the cabin and look forward to staying there again!
Hubby and I and another couple wanted an end-of-summer break. We were so fortunate to find this place; it's a cozy little house, right on the river. The house is clean and well-stocked (towels, linens, kitchenware/cookware) but if there is anything you need, plenty of stores are just a few minutes away. It was so nice to have the full kitchen - we never once ate at a restaurant, although a bunch are close. We didn't realize it at first, but the homeowners were next door and seemed to enjoy that we were having so much fun (thanks again for videoing our ALS ice bucket challenge for us!). I think the best part was the dock. We were on that from sun-up to sun-down...what a perfect place for morning coffee and a mimosa. We all also enjoyed Bonnie's company - a very sweet black lab. This was just perfect for us...we'll definitely be back!
I stayed here with a few friends recently for a nice, relaxing getaway. The house was clean and comfortable. It was hot out but we were able to just keep the windows open and get a nice breeze to cool down. The three season room was my favorite place in the house; It's the perfect place to gather and visit at night, while listening to the sounds of the river. We weren't able to fish or anything because the river levels were too high, but we did spend a lot of time watching the several families of ducks on the water. We met the owners when we first got there. They were very kind. The location is also near a lot of things to do in Rock Island and the surrounding areas. We do plan on visiting again.
I really cant say enough about the property and the town itself. Rock Island is a small town but it had everything we could ask for. Very close to a fun bar, plenty of restaurants in the area, 5 minutes from a golf course as well. As for the property itself, it had everything we needed. There was peace and quite outside as well. I would go back in a heartbeat.
Thank you so much for a great rental! It is difficult to find somewhere that is so welcome to well-behaved dogs! It worked out well for our weekend trip! Thanks for having places such as this for dog-toting travelers!
10 minutes from Moline Quad City International Airport, Casino's, QCCA, IMAX, John Deere Pavilion, Augustana College, Palmer College of Chiropractic, Rock Island Arsenal, Black Hawk State Park, River Music Experience, I-Wireless Center, plus too many more events to list.
