This charming year around vacation home lies in a quiet, rural neighborhood on one-half acre yet still close to the village and beaches. A classic ''Cape Cod'' home, decorated in a unique ''seacoast'' motif to make our house a special one. We also keep it very neat, clean and ''ship-shape'' condition. We have 2 large bedrooms with lots of closet space. With two full baths we can accommodate a large family. The sunny dining room seats 6-8 people& kitchen. Our comfortable living room has a couch and 2 recliners for a relaxing evening pause. And if there on a chilly night the fireplace makes it even more cozy. There is approx. 1300 sq ft of living space. The kitchen has been updated with lots of new cupboards, a new stainless steel double sink & new counter space. Lots of fun Cape Cod dishes, plenty of pots & pans, silverware/utensils & large pots for steaming your fresh lobster or clams.

Dennisport is a lovely village and centrally located. We are only a short walk to the center - about .5 miles - to enjoy quaint little antique shops & restaurants. The township of Dennis includes not only Dennisport, but South & East & West Dennis. It spans both Nantucket Sound and Cape Cod bay for the best of both shores - over 10 different beaches- with only one visitor's beach sticker. Dennis proper is the home of the oldest theater in the country and a beautiful site- not to miss. We are only minutes to all the wonderful shopping and historical sites of Hyannis. Or take a day trip to our absolutely famous and one of a kind - Provincetown or P-Town as we codders say it! And don't forget Whale Watching! Out of Hyannis or P-Town!

Walk to village with antique shops/stores. 1.5 mile to beach - short drive to many other Dennis beaches. Enjoy the tradition of Dennis's Theater - the oldest theater in the northeast. Hike on nearby cranberry bog trails and visit the state park in nearby Brewster. Take fishing trips from nearby Chatham and the ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard. Amenities: Fireplace, Air Conditioning, TV, Cable, VCR, Radio, Telephone with answering machine, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Refrigerator, cooking utensils provided including large kettles for steaming lobsters and clams; Washer/Dryer. Maps and brochures are left at the house. We have 4 adult bikes and 1 child's. Gas grill, beach chairs and coolers. Sorry, Linens & towels are not provided this year. Activities: Swimming at the many Cape Cod beaches; fishing, golfing, boating, hiking, cycling, shopping and -of course - many delightful restaurants. Theaters, museums, bookstores, cranberry bogs, ferries and a train ride.
