This resort style complex features large waterfalls, Koi ponds, 2 spas, 2 pools and tropical gardens with running streams throughout. The condo has been recently REMODELED , newly furnished & carpeted and is nicely appointed. It is located on the first floor and is elevated over 2 garage levels for expansive views of the ocean and sunsets. The balcony extends to the deck with a picnic table overlooking the lovely, large tropical swimming pool. This single story unit has FREE wireless, large BBQ, ,stone fireplace, wet bar, surround sound system, HD flatscreen TV, DVD. The resort has full security and 2 RESERVED GARAGE SPACES are below the unit. The pier is close with a restaurant at the end. Boat rental, shops, several restaurants and fishing outings are available at the Harbour...right outside your window!

North Coast Village is one of the best southern California beach resorts. Located right on the sand in northern San Diego County it is just south of the Marina and north of the pier with all of the attractions the local area has to offer. The exquisite grounds with waterfalls, koi fish and running streams are surrounded with lush tropical foliage...beautiful and unique. This unit is located in a prime area within the complex...great views and easy beach access. There are no roads to cross or hills to climb to sit on the sand. It has close access to all of the San Diego tourist attractions as well as Disneyland and other Anaheim adventures. There is a train station in Oceanside that serves Downtown San Diego, Old Town and other So. Ca cities. We can provide a driver to and from the airport for those flying in to San Diego and need transportation.

MY FRIEND AND I STAYED AT THIS LOVELY CONDO IN OCEAN SIDE CALIF.IT IS CLEAN AND EFFICIENT, A LARGE TV OVER THE FIREPLACE,NICE LARGE COUCHES FOR VIEWING T.V. THE BALCONY FACES THE OCEAN AND BEDROOMS THE MARINA. PARKING AND LAUNDRY FACILITIES AND WORKOUT GYM. EXPECT TO ENJOY THIS LOVELY PLACE

Peaceful, Great Access

This location was great, one of the only condos that have walk-in access to the patio from the elevator. I had an easy time getting my stuff up from the car, the patio also helped us keep the kids from tracking in the sand.

The harbor is only a short walk away, so we didn't even need to drive around Oceanside much.

We will come back!

Relaxing by the sea.

My wife and I along with another couple stayed in the very nice 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. It was very clean and efficient. The views were just as advertised. I enjoyed being on the first floor because you could see all the greenery when you open the bedroom window and patio door. You also had a nice view of the ocean and the marina. The only critique that I would give is to modernize a bit with regards to the furniture. Also, when looking for rental properties, I noted that many now have a fairly large (32" or so) flat screen TV in the living room. This condo had a perfect spot above the fireplace for something like that, or just replace the small one with a larger one. I knew this before renting so it was not a major factor but something that the owner may want to consider in the future. The elevator makes it very easy to get to the condo. and you are very close to the beach. I am 58 and had no problem walking from the condo to the marina, around the entire marina, and back to the condo. It was a great afternoon (even stopped at a spot on the marina for a drink)
I strongly recommend visiting the San Diego Wild Life Park. Seeing the animals in the wide open spaces was like being on a real safari.
I would recommend this condo and resort to anyone visiting the San Diego area (about 30 minutes from San Diego)
My thanks go out to Jim and Sandee for all the assistance that they provided, as well as the staff at NorthCoast Village. I can definitely see myself visiting the resort again.
