We have just arrived back home after a very enjoyable stay in 20-2 at Puamana. The unit was perfect for us. We really appreciated all the extras touches like big bars of soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, new Rubbermaid food containers, plastic wrap, and briquettes for the bbq! The unit was spotlessly clean and when we arrived. When we discovered that the washing machine had leaked, Rick was over like a shot and got the appliance repair person on the same day. Both Paula and Rick couldn’t have been any more accommodating. They were outstanding in service and genuinely nice!
We loved being close to the oceanfront, the evenings on the lanai, and days on the lovely big lawn at the clubhouse.
We have rented at Puamana on a number of occasions from both private owners and property managers and this rental experience has been head and shoulders better than any of the others. Thank you so much and please keep doing what you are doing – it works!
