    $500.00 Security Deposit is required at reservation
    Security Deposit will be refunded approximately 30 days after departure; subject to damages.
    Full Payment or Cancellation is Due Four Weeks Prior to Reservation Date or Security Deposit will be forfeited

    In Season: $1,225.00 per week for four people, each additional person add $50.00 more per week,

    Off season: $1,050 per week with $500.00 security deposit required for reservation, each additional person add $25.00 more per week, deposit returned upon departure, subject to damages.
    Off season: Weekend rental also available, $300.00 for Friday and Saturday night
