Northwoods cabin with stone fireplace, panoramic lake view, Norway pines, great swimming area, (hard sand bottom, gradual slope), . Completely renovated in 2002, this cozy year-round lake cabin/home sleeps 6-8. Fieldstone fireplace, vaulted ceiling, rustic pine interior. Master bedroom (queen bed) on main floor, 2 'open' BR (2 full-size beds plus 2 twins) in loft, convertible sofa in large screened porch. 1½ BA. Full kitchen, microwave, dishes, pots/pans, utensils provided. Non-smoking, please.

Amenities: -Bed linens are provided, but you'll need towels. -Charcoal grill and utensils. -Television and DVD/VCR. -Cell phone coverage is generally quite good. (no land line) Activities: Grill steaks on the deck overlooking the lake (charcoal grill provided), serve dinner or drinks on the screen porch, or try one of the many nearby restaurants for German, Italian, Mexican, or American cuisine.

Long Lake is one of Park Rapid's area's finest lakes, with crystal clear, deep water and a hard sand bottom, great for swimming, water skiing, sailing, fishing. Park your boat at the 32' dock, or rent the 24' pontoon for the week. Area: Heartland Trail biking and horseback riding is just a few miles away, and several golf courses are just a short drive. Park Rapids is 10 minutes away.
