Pictures just do not do this executive condo justice. Millpoint Condos, on the Grand River are in the heart of the tri-cities and located adjacent to the Holiday Inn. This condo includes all amenities - Fine Dining, indoor/outdoor pool, spa and exercise facilities. Located in the center of Lake Michigan beaches and only 5 minutes from picturesque downtown Grand Haven. Trolley is available to Grand Haven and Spring Lake. A new bike path also connects these areas. Sun and fun is at your doorstep. Covered parking with extra parking available. All activities are just minutes from your doorstep and the area now boasts a beautiful new mall within short driving distance. Activities abound in the area during the peak season for both adults as well as children. Sorry, no pets or smoking.

Amenities: Completely furnished executive condo including linens. Dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, cable TV, air conditioning, deck overlooking the Grand River with table, chairs and grill, water views from bedroom and living area. 2 queen-size beds and queen sleep sofa. This condo has just been newly redecorated with art work and new furnishings etc. You will love your stay in the Spring Lake Grand Haven area. Activities: Swimming, beaches, biking, fishing, walking the Boardwalk and Grand Haven pier, Hoffmaster Dunes, Music in the Park, just a lot of summer fun throughout the area and along the waterfront. Area: 5 minutes from Grand Haven Beach and North Shore Beach.

5 minutes from downtown Grand Haven shopping, and dining, and farmers market. Next door to Jack's fine Dining and Ole Boy's Brewery.

Wi/fi is available outside the condo in many areas. No internet connection inside the condo. Additional parking available in the Holiday Inn Parking lot. Boats may be parked also. No dock included with condo however there are several marinas in the area for your convenience. 2 pools, excercise room and Hot Tub available for your use at the Holiday Inn. This is a non-smoking condo and pets are not allowed during your stay.

Our family of four had a great stay at this very clean and conveniently located condo. It had everything that we needed and was very consistent with the description provided. I would definately stay here again in the future.
Owner's Response: We pride outselves in furnishing a clean, convenient, nicely decorated condo for renters in our area. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we appreciate your business! Many of our renters come back year after year..join them and relax in the sun in West Michigan.
