In our holiday-home we can offer you two flats - one flat with 100 m² with 2 bed-rooms, 2 baths, kitchen, dining room, sitting-room, balcony with view on the river Elbe south west, terrace and garden. The second flat of 65 m² offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen and sitting room - balcony with Elbe-view, south west, terrace and garden. It is placed in the biosphere reserve 'Brandenburgischge Elbtalaue' half-way between Hamburg and Berlin. Either walking or cycling (with bicycles of our house) you find possibilities - on the river or in the woods and fields, to enjoy nature. Within 1 hour you will reach by car the towns Ludwigslust, Hitzacker, Schnackenburg, Havelberg, Neuruppin, Schwerin or the nice Wendland. In less than two hours you will reach the Baltic Sea, Hamburg, Berlin or Hannover.

Flat 2 with 65 m² offers 1 bed room, kitchen, bath room with shower on the first floor. From this floor you can go onto the terrace and into the garden. In the second floor there is a comfortable furnished living room and a guest WC. The equipment is similar to the flat 1.

Wootz is situated on the east side of the Elbe and can be reached from Hamburg via BAB 250 and the main road B 216 and B 191 and B 195. From Berlin you can reach us via BAB 24 and B 5, B 189 and B 195 and from Hannover via B 3, B 5, B 189 and B 195.

Wer ein ruhig gelegenes schönes Ferienhaus mit einem herrlichen Blick auf die Elbe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit des Hauses läßt keine Wünsche offen.Auch für mehrere Personen ist reichlich Platz zum Erholen vorhanden.Die herrliche Umgebung lädt zum Spazierengehen, Nordic Walken oder Radfahren ein. 5 gute Fahrräder stellt der Vermieter bereit. Die Angelmöglichkeiten in der Elbe,dem Rudower See oder der Löcknitz sind ausgezeichnet. Vogelliebhaber kommen auf jeden Fall auf Ihre Kosten. Störche im Sommer, unzählige Kraniche im Herbst und Milane über der Elbtalaue sind zu beobachten. Die Lage zwischen der Festungsstadt Dömitz und der Burg Lenzen ist recht zentral. Ausflüge nach Hitzacker oder Ludwigslust, nach Lüneburg oder Schwerin, nach Wittenberge oder ins Storchendorf Rühstedt dauern höchstens eine Stunde Autofahrt durch die herrliche Elbtalaue. Allerdings - wer auf heiße Disco-Nächte steht - ist hier falsch am Platz. Im Umkreis von 10 Kilometern laden dafür gute und preiswerte Lokale zum Essen ein. Wir sind bereits zum dritten Mal dort im Urlaub gewesen und haben es für uns als festen Urlaubsort auch für die Zukunft eingeplant.
