Why We Own and Rent a Condo:
We established a family vacation tradition many years ago, and because resorts and rental agencies rarely reserve a specific unit, it was difficult to insure the quality of our accommodations. We discovered that renting from an owner allowed us to see pictures of the specific condo we were renting, and we found much better accommodations for less money. We eventually decided to purchase a vacation condo and take the quality a level higher. We take extreme pride in providing an oceanfront vacation condo that is truly exceptional. We believe that vacation memories with family and friends are real treasures of life especially in the right setting. That is why we selected a low density oceanfront condo rich in amenities and in an ideal location. We modified the floor plan, and had some top interior decorators to create a relaxing yet elegant decor. We rent it to cover the growing cost of oceanfront condo ownership.
