Spacious Living room has 16ft. expanse of floor to ceiling windows, opening onto deck over looking lake. Fireplace, TV/VCR, stereo/CD/tape player, books, games. Dining table seats 6. Kitchen, with breakfast bar, is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and ample dishes, utensils etc. Also included are a selection of herbs and spices, condiments etc.One bedroom with queen bed and TV, one with twin beds. Queen sofa sleeper in living room. Two baths. Outdoor hot tub (year round) and pool (summer). Backpack for picnics, binoculars to view yacht races or wildlife on lake, even a couple of tennis rackets. Wi -Fi accessible.

In summer, all outdoor activities, golf, tennis, sailing, canoeing, hiking, bicycling on 80 miles of paved trails stretching from Keystone, Dillon, Frisco, Breckenridge and Copper to Vail. Bicycles can be rented nearby. Shopping center with supermarket, liquor and sports stores and restaurants, just 3 minute drive. Colorado boasts sunshine on 300 days a year, and low humidity, making it a perfect vacation destination.

BR B Area: /B BR Located on the shore of Lake Dillon, the bike path, extending from Keystone to Frisco, Breckenridge, Copper and Vail, goes right by the property. Great restaurants in Dillon, Frisco and Breckenridge. Four public tennis courts half a mile away (and we have a couple of rackets inn the condo). The marina, where you can rent kayaks, sailboats or motor boats, is a ten minute walk around the bay.
