Fabulous Old Town location. Literally a 30 second walk to Main Street, yet hidden on a quiet, tucked away street. This completely remodeled 4 bed/4 bath private home will please everyone in your party. This is the perfect Sundance location. A car will not be needed.

Ski Access from a number of options. Either walk or take the free Main Street Trolley to the Town Lift. Walk 2 minutes to the Transit Center and hop on a Free bus to Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley or The Canyons. Or drive to the base of any of these resorts in just a few minutes.

Each bedroom has either a King or Queen bed. There are 2 family rooms, each with flat screen TVs, beautiful private yard, off street parking and private garage parking.

We are three families from California. One from San Diego, one from Los Angeles and one from San Francisco. We loved Park City so much we had to get a place here.

The location of this house is fantastic. You don't need to get into a car once you are here. We are so close to Main Street, yet in a quiet location. We also love the private yard in the summer. Rare find in an Old town Home.

What makes this house unique

We have lots of space, yet the home is cozy. Off street parking is such a bonus for Old Town. We like walking to Main Street and taking the free Trolley to the Town Bridge and hopping on the lift. We can also walk down Swede Alley to the Transit Center and hop on a bus to Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley. Shops, restaurants and clubs are seconds from our door.

Perfect Location-Walk to everything-No car needed.

Eight adults stayed here and never got in each other's way! The house has 4 good sized bedrooms - all queen or king size beds. Everything was spotless and there were even plenty of paper goods and spices so we didn't need to purchase those. We cooked in every evening and the kitchen was well equipped. Our only recommendation was that the dining table only had 6 chairs tho the house sleeps ten. After long days of skiing, the hot tub was definitely a plus. We would absolutely stay here again!!

March 2013 Park City

This house lived up to its listing information and photos in almost every respect. The location is excellent if you prefer to be in town instead of trail-side. One of our party was a non-skier, others of us did not want to be committed to just one of the local ski areas, and we all enjoy good restaurants, so this was great for us. And the free bus to all the resorts was convenient. The house was clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. Each of the four bedrooms has a single king or queen bed - no bunks or twins - something to keep in mind if you are planning for "8 - 10". For us, this was very comfortable. Bathrooms were also very good. We used the kitchen, laundry, TVs (2) and everything was very good. The WiFi balked when more than one user was logged on - that could be improved. We did not use the hot tub. The rental agent, Mary, was very professional, accessible and helpful with information about how to get into the house, recommendations on transportation, provisioning, ski rental - everything you need to know. I'd recommend Mary and this specific house to anyone who'd like to be in town in Park City.

Wonderful Home & Location!

Our stay was wonderful! The house was very nice and in a perfect location, walking distance to everything. We were a group of 3 couples and each had our own queen/king bed and private bath. We loved coming home after skiing and unwinding in the hot tub. And it was so easy using the free transportation to Park City, the Canyons, and Deer Valley. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Labor Day Weekend, 2012

My three friends and I enjoyed our time in Park City. The house was well situated for us – immediate access to restaurants on Main Street, the liquor store on Swede Alley, a challenging hiking path starting with steps on Main Street, and the sport outfitters on Main Street for our whitewater raft adventure. Park City was a good location for us in the region, because our ventures afield each required a maximum 45 minute car trip – our trips would have been longer if we had stayed in SLC.

The house was spacious for the four of us and easily would have accommodated more – i.e. if our spouses accompanied us. I cannot think of anything that the house lacked for our needs.

Great vacation home for the summer!

We absolutely lucked-out when we found this home for our summer vacation! the house itself is lovely. There are several, well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is large and connects to the dining area/family room. Perfect for guests with or without families! The outdoor space is also very charming.

We were just a 2 minute walk from the downtown which has great shopping and restaurants. You can walk to public transportation in 5 minutes and there is a great jogging path as well.

We thought the house was just perfect for us. We took several trips to the ski mountain for all of their family activities and drove to Deer Valley which is also only about 5 minutes away.

Great vacation rental and we would definitely rent again!!

My family loves the size of this property as well as the excellent location. We were able to walk to dinner each night and use the house as a base camp to explore Park City and the surrounding areas. Especially like the garden and game room downstairs. We will return in both the summer and winter!
