One Bedroom One bath - 50 yards to sand

KATRINA HOUSING

Stroll down to the seawall at sunset and sip a glass of champagne as the sun slips into the sea, or capture it all from your private deck in our beautiful 1 bedroom 1 full bath 850 square foot condo. Yes, we have ocean views and sounds to captivate your waking hours - or lull you to sleep at night. Our 1 bedroom condos are only 50 yards to the edge of the sands in the E bldg units E104 and E107, and they are just about as close as you can get to what you came for...the BEACH. There are no roads to cross to get to the beach; the main pool is just about 30 yards in the other direction. This is an ideal location in an ideal resort like complex. Both of our 1 bedroom units have Great Ocean Views... one faces North and West and the other faces South and West.

Our Unit E104 is depicted here and shown with the view from our balcony. Our unit E107 is just across the hall and has Ocean views including the Beach, Jetty and Harbor lights at night.

Both of our one bedroom condos are completely outfitted with everything you need plus sleeping accommodations to provide maximum flexibility for your family. We have sunset views nightly all year long in E107 and seasonally in E104.Please note: Maximum occupancy is 4 persons in our 1bedroon condos and 6 persons in our 2 bedroom condos. In E104 we offer a California King in the master bedroom, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, a portable crib and two twin futons to place as you see fit. Even the choosiest teens should be able to find a spot to call their own. In E107 we offer a Cal King in the master bedroom, a twin sofa 'chair bed' in the living room and two twin sized futons plus a portable crib for infants up to 30lbs. You can be the judge and choose the unit that fits your family best.

We Are VERY excited that we now have 4 beach units to serve our guests - two 2 bedroom 2bath units and two 1 bedroom 1bath

4 Beachfront Units in Lovely Oceanside,CA: Three of our units are in the North Coast Village Complex shown on this website - this means making plans for a family reunion... or traveling with your best friends couldn't be easier or more convenient. Our 4th unit is a deluxe 2bedroon 2bath penthouse with 180-degree view of the Pacific Ocean, and is just 2 blocks to the South of this complex on the beach. Our Calendar is NOT active. Please call us at (530) 906-1194 for fastest booking. Email for follow up and to write us with any specific needs. Please be aware that we have a 3 night minimum in North Coast Village during the off season. 7 night minimum is required during the high season as well as all federal holiday periods. We book Sat to Sat only from Mid June to Mid Sept. Our San Miguel penthouse is a monthly rental only - with 30 days as the minimum agreed upon rental.

Full Featured Resort Style Comnplex: Our North Coast Village complex is on the beach, with outdoor showers at the beach, outdoor showers at the pool, indoor showers at the pool and in the workout centers. There are men's and women's fitness center with his and her saunas. There are 2 large outdoor jacuzzi's - one with a waterfall and lava setting. There are 2 heated swimming pools, one large and one small. We also have a clubhouse with billiards table (cue and balls may be rented at the patrol office) card room, and several ping pong rooms throughout the complex. We also have a library overlooking the pool with a quiet area for mom's who want to watch their older kids in the pool area - while their younger ones take a nap. BBQ at night in our fantastic BBQ pavilion - a row of professional (HUGE) gas BBQ's is avail for the community to use - and then dine outside under the gazebo overlooking the pool. An Amazing 15 acres of lush landscaping, koi ponds, waterfalls, bridges and meandering streams to enchant your family!

Just 30 minutes from downtown San Diego, Seaworld, San Diego Zoo, Tiajuana, Mexico - 45 minutes to Disneyland, Knottsberry Farm - 15 minutes to LegoLand and the Wild Animal Park. Visit Temecula the newest wine region in Calfiornia and it's just 20 minutes away. World famous Southern Califiornia weather awaits your arrival - to one of the most unique beach communities on the Pacific Coast. Old world surfing - flat wide sandy beaches protected by the Oceanside Harbor and the Oceanside Municipal Pier - walking distance to dozens of restaurants, California Surf Museum, public library, farmer's market, 16 plex theatre, beach related shopping. If you don't want to drive the LA freeways - hop on Amtrak, the Coaster, MetroLink or take a City bus - all departures from the centrally located Oceanside Transit District just 6 blocks walking distance from our complex. Golf: Pacific Street now deadends at our complex - for a very private end of the road location.


Activities:
A small putting green is outside our E104 unit, a waterfall is under our balcony of E107 and under the balcony of G2 as well. There are ping-pong areas and billiards tables in the main clubhouse, yoga on Wednesdays, a card room, on site library near the pool, walking paths, koi ponds, gardens and so much more!!! Then, if you leave our complex, the harbor is just across the San Luis Rey River, and the Pier is 5 minutes by foot.


Area:
The town of Oceanside has 16-theater complex, a regional playhouse, a surf museum and specialty stores galore. The famous San Luis Rey Mission and 15 mile bike trail is close by. You can rent bikes, boats, boogie boards and a host of other things in town or at the harbor. There are numerous restaurants and two small markets all within walking distance.

Ski: The Transportation Depot with Amtrak, MetroLink and the Coaster double decker commuter train is just 4 blocks away on foot. You can walk, or catch the bus right outside our main gates. Disneyland, Legoland, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Universal Studios, Sea World, Temecula Wineries, Anza Borrego are all within a reasonable drive.

Notes: wheel chair accessible but not ADA equipped. Mildly disabled persons may enjoy our unit which offers elevator service from the garage to our unit - then single level living throughout our condo. Note that interior doors are not wide enough to accommodate a large wheelchair to the bathroom or bedroom - and disabled persons must be able to walk short distances - and enter/exit the tub area with the use of grab bars only. All units have a computer table and offer wireles DSL - or ethernet connection to a customers laptop computer. All units are family firiendly - this is a nonsmoking condo in a nonsmoking community. Smoking is not permitted in any public area nor on any of our decks or balconies out of consideration to our neighbors.

Great condo at the beach!

We stayed in E107 and really enjoyed our visit to Oceanside! Cindy was really easy to deal with as far as coordinating our stay and was super responsive to emails. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The grounds are very well maintained and all residents & visitors seemed to abide by the rules. It was really quiet and the kids were even able to nap. The beach is literally right outside the property gates, super easy.

The bed was super comfy, and overall nice upgrades to the unit. And, if you are traveling with small kids - it's totally setup for you! Plastic cups & bowls, pack n play, booster seat, sand toys, puzzles, potty seat, and step stools! So nice to not worry about bringing all of that stuff!

We got the 3-for-1 San Diego pass from Costco and were able to do the SD Safari Park and SeaWorld (twice) but didn't make it to the Zoo. Drive was about 40 min to each park with traffic. Highly recommend these passes as you can visit all 3 parks for the whole week. Great value.

Cindy & Gregg - thanks for sharing! We will definitely consider going back (except for the part that it took 7 hrs to drive down!)

Had a great time, could see, smell and hear the ocean from our condo it was great. The condo was roomy, clean and everything we needed right there. We could walk just about anywhere, and when we did drive we had great access to main highways.
We well definetly be back, and working with Cynthia was a breeze. My daughter and granddaughter loved it and my daughter from Seattle flew in to visit. We had plenty of sleeping areas and enjoyed a day at Sea World and a night at Medeville Times. Thanks again

The perfect family vacation

Our family rececntly vacationed at North Coast Condo. Our one bedroom unit was perfectly equiped with everything we needed for a stress free week. All you need to bring is your clothes, food and toothbrush!
We were looking for an all age appropriate vacation and this really fit the bill.
We had view of the harbor, which was with-in easy walking distance. The beach was just outside the fenced community and the pool and bar-b-que provided were clean and provided many hours of pleasure.
We enjoyed a trip to the mission and a family day at the local bowling alley (very affordable).
The owner was responsive to all my e-mails and supplied all the information I needed.
The price was very reasonable. We had no reason to eat out, so our additional spending was minimal.

WONDERFUL AND RELAXING!!

What a GREAT time we had staying in E-104! It had EVERYTHING we needed or wanted! I didn't even need to use my normal sleeping pills to get to sleep, as I was lulled to sleep by the sounds of the ocean waves crashing against the shoreline, as we left the windows and deck door open.
We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and viewing the lush surroundings of the pool and all the flowers and greenery, and of course the picture perfect-window view of the ocean and encompassing sounds!

We like to eat at Ruby's at the end of the Pier each time we visit the San Diego area. It was only about a 5 minute walk from the condo. And we LOVED walking the beach and collecting the favorite sea shells each early morning and evening. We took walks, read, built sand castles and relaxed in the beautiful pool and hot tub. We cooked on the grill and took advantage of the game room as well as the games provided in the condo. It couldn't have been more relaxing!
I visit the San Diego area every year or so, but this is a first staying at Cindy and Greg's....BUT it definitely won't be the last!

Owner's Response: We are delighted that our guest found our condo to be everything she hoped for and more. I am a Flight Attendant with 37 years seniority and have stayed in every possible accommodation. My husband and I have small children and we know how expensive it is to travel so we have done everything possible to make our condos comfortable, affordable, dependable on quality, well equipped for young and old .. with the little extras every parent wishes they had - a video library, booster seats, portable crib, step stool for the sink, futons for toddlers - just to name a few. Both of our 1 bdrm condos have great ocean views - and we improved that by installing custom dining counters onto our balcony - so you sit up higher - to enjoy the view for as long as you care to. Beach Paradise

We just returned from our vacation in Oceanside where we stayed in the 2 bedroom Condo and it was absolutely fabulous. For a family of 5 it was so spacious and nice and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The grounds and pool of the condo are spectacular and we spent a lot of time at the pool when we weren't at the beach. We also did all the San Diego Attractions from the Zoo to Sea World and the Wild Animal Park and the condo was 30 mins or less from each, very convienent. We even drove to LA to see a Dodger game and it was only 1 hour and 30 mins. We definitely will be returning next summer.
