The exclusive apartment is located in a beautiful and very well kept complex southwest of Cape Coral. It has a large pool area and is equipped with its own fitness centre. The air-conditioned apartment has a living space of 120 m2. It is completely equipped for 4 people, including bedsheets and towels. All kitchen appliances including dishwasher, microwave, fridge with 'ice maker' are included. Colour TV, stereo system with CD and cassette player and telephone also belong to the apartment. The luxurious inner equipment and the well-kept and beautiful outdoor areas provide for an unforgettable experience.

Highlights: Our friendly house manager will explain all of the important details. We are also happy to give tips for shopping, restaurants, destinations and everything else that might interest you.

For boaters: The rental of a motorboat - without a boating license - is possible in the city.
