Enjoy the best Florida has to offer at our spacious (1,800 sq. ft.) luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront condo directly on the intracoastal waterway in a beach-to-bay gated complex on Siesta Key. We are on the 5th (penthouse) floor of an elevator building in an end unit with breathtaking water views on 3 sides. Very private. Relax on your screened-in lanai facing the bay with accessibility from both the living room and master bedroom. Washer and dryer in unit. A few minutes walk across the complex to the private beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The complex is located on Crescent Beach, one of the finest beaches in the world. Even during the summer months, its cool, soft white sand is a delight to walk upon. A tropical paradise swept by breezes off the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy 2 heated swimming pools, 1 overlooking the Gulf and the other overlooking the private yacht harbor. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. Tennis courts (lighted), picnic areas with BBQs, and covered parking.

Everything is at hand in this complex to make your vacation a memorable one and this a place you will want to return to. Fly into either Tampa or Ft. Myers. We're just over an hour from each airport. Thirty minutes from Sarasota-Bradenton airport. Two hours from Disney. Beautifully decorated, this unit is not a typical rental condo. We use it extensively ourselves and consider it our 2nd home. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 king, 2 twin (sleeps 4) two baths, the master bath with a Roman tub/shower and twin sinks. The unit has a full kitchen... dishes/ cookware/ utensils/ dishwasher/ microwave/ disposal/ toaster/coffeemaker and blender. Washer and dryer in unit. Entertainment center with cable-TV, DVD/VCR and AM/FM stereo. Linens, towels & beach towels. Spacious 1,600 sq.. ft. condo directly on the intracoastal waterway. Relax and watch dolphins and passing yachts from your lanai. See pelicans, ospreys, herons and egrets. Stroll the beach.

Watch the sunsets. Walking distance to fine restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Nearby watersports rentals, parasail and charter fishing...or fish from shore in front of the condo, if you prefer. Enjoy Sarasota's extensive fine arts and shopping at St. Armand's. Play golf at the many nearby courses. Take a sunset dinner cruise on Sarasota Bay or a sailing charter on the Gulf. Or just stroll around behind the gates of the lush, tropically landscaped grounds of the complex. The harbor path is lighted for evening walks.

Beautiful Siesta Key Condo

We spent a week in this beautiful condo on Siesta Key. Everything was as described - truly beautiful and peaceful. Although the condo did not have a view of the gulf, the view of the bay was very pretty and relaxing. I think it's actually more interesting than the view of the gulf. We got to watch numerous boats come and go and watch the drawbridge raise occasionally. Two pools, a private gulf beach, parking and gas grills were included and everything was in excellent condition. Umbrellas and beach chairs were also included. I would not hesitate to stay here again. We stayed in July and there was hardly anyone else in the complex. The air conditioning worked great and it was really nice to have laundry facilities right in the condo. It is also right around the corner from a nicely stocked little grocery store as well as some tourist shops. Large shopping centers are within a mile or two.

We love the condo. It was beautiful, clean, and the view was incredible. Furniture was beautifully decorated. We got what we expected. My kids love the place and they didn't want to go home. Thank you for letting us share the beautiful experience.
