Villa 5532 - Turtle Cove. This is a beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-full bath villa on the second floor overlooking the lagoon in the Turtle Cove section of Kiawah. Each bedroom has an adjoining bath. The master bedroom has a remote HD T.V., walk in tiled shower and double sink vanity. The second Bedroom has T.V. and bath with tub/shower.The dining room has comfortable table and chairs for four, and is accommodated by a fully equipped kitchen. The living room offers a remote controlled cable, HD T.V., DVD, and a VCR. There is also a sun room with table and chairs and an upfront view of nature.The gorgeous lagoon is in full view from the living room, dining room and master bedroom. General Villa Set-Up: Our Villa is fully set up for occupancy with everything necessary for conventional food preparation. Linens and towels are provided. For your convenience there is also a washer and dryer. We do not provide daily maid service. Please bring your cell phone

Additional information about rental rates

  • $595-1495/Week
  • Add 12% state, county and Kiawah Island tax.
    A 50% deposit must be received within 7 days after the original booking date. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. During the Christmas holiday season, pre-payment of entire cost of villa rental will be due by November 1st. Easter week, full payment is due the first day of the month preceding of the Easter month; and July 4th holiday, full payment is due by June 1.

    Cancellation & Refund Policy. A $100.00 HANDLING FEE will be withheld from your initial deposit if cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. There are NO REFUNDS given for cancellations made less than 30 days from arrival date. SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS. You will have ONE YEAR from your original arrival date to re-book with no additional charges, except for paying the difference in the price already paid and the addidtional price, if any, of the substitute week chosen. There are also NO REFUNDS for severe weather or early departure.
  • Two night minimum for $195.00 per night (excluding May 31 - August 15)
