Villa Description:
We have just completed a renovation of the kitchen and master bathroom. Both now have custom cabinetry and granite counters.
The villa has a large living room with comfortable seating that is adjacent to the kitchen and dining area. The living room has a flat screen TV, DVD, and VCR. There is an easy kitchen pass thru for meals or snacks being served to family and friends. A large screened porch is furnished with table and chairs, making it a wonderful place to enjoy that early morning cup of coffee or that evening glass of wine or other beverage before retiring for the night. The porch is also a comfortable place in which to relax, read, or just enjoy the abundant wildlife that is native to the island.
The villa design features three bedrooms, each with full bath. Two large master suites are furnished with king size beds, ample dresser storage, and closets. The third bed room has twin beds, dresser and closet space galore. There are cable TVs in all the bedrooms.
High speed Internet access is available in the villa but you need to bring your own Cat5 Ethernet cable.
Everything you will need for a great and relaxing vacation is provided. Beach equipment such as towels, chairs, and coolers are not furnished and guests are required to bring their own.
Cleaning is provided prior to arrival. Washer and dryer are available for your use.
Golfing is available at 5 different courses, each one significant and internationally known. There are two Tennis Centers. Reservations and Tee times may be made by calling the respective golf course or tennis center. There are many nature programs and Resort run activities that are not only of interest and educational to children, but are the same for adults, too. Brochures on these programs are available at the Charleston County Visitors Center located at the island Town Hall. Additional activities including cultural and sporting activities are available on the island and at the nearby Bohicket Marina.
Tours of pre-civil war plantations and gardens are short trips from the island as is historic Charleston, a must see for first time visitors.
There are miles of bike trails, golf courses, several restaurants and an absolutely gorgeous beach with incredible sunsets. Our villa is centrally located to all!!!
Amenities: Very clean and tastefully furnished first floor villa with phone; air conditioning and heat; 3 cable TVs; VCR; DVD, new beds, new appliances, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware & utensils; all linens except beach towels; washer, dryer, ironing board & iron; smoke free environment; sorry no pets allowed; environmentally-sensitive resort. There is no pool access.
