This stylish and comfortable home is located in the center of East Hampton village, just a short distance to shops, restaurants, jitney, train and beautiful and popular East Hampton Main beach! Voted 3rd Best Beach in America for 2012. The first floor has a wide open living room with French doors looking out towards the pool, a comfortable dining area, sleek kitchen and den.

There is a luxurious stone bathed walk-in bathroom with steam shower and laundry room on the first floor. Upstairs there is a spacious master suite with glamorous, modern bathroom and walk in-closet, three guestrooms and another full bathroom. Outside the backyard is lushly landscaped and has a bluestone patio and heated gunite pool. Available July, August and the first half of June (May 28-June 15). Also available for weekend and weekly rentals throughout the year.

Just perfect!

My friends and I have just retruned from an increible stay in East Hampton. This house is beautifully decorated, clean and in the perfect location for exploring the village, beach and the rest that The Hamptons have to offer. The pool and garden are extremely spacious and the canopied outdoor table is a wonderful spot for breakfast or poolside drinks. The photos do not do this house justice - it is truly lovely!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children

A Magical Month in a Beautiful Home!

It would be difficult to find a vacation house more suitable for our family of four. The bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen and outdoor grill make cooking fun and easy and the backyard is big enough for a game of flag football or a lobster boil with lots of friends. The owners are very friendly as is their team of caregivers. Perhaps the biggest perk of all is its proximity to town and the pristine beaches of East Hampton! We rode bikes everywhere. I would go back in a HEARTBEAT!

I stayed here over Memorial weekend. We had a great weekend & experience overall. The house is very clean, tastefully decorated. The backyard is huge & the pool is terrific. The front of the house faces the road, but all the bedrooms & living room face the pool/garden & the house inside is very quiet.The wi-fi was inconsistent when I was there, but the owner told me he had this fixed. The house is about a 20minute walk to town & 10 minute bike ride to the beach. YOU DON'T EVEN NEED A CAR!!

I received my deposit back promptly & in full.

I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
