South-facing home has expansive lake view and a private dock for relaxing, fishing & swimming. All appliances are provided, including ice maker, washer & dryer, gas grill, patio furniture. Sun City, Arizona is an active adult (min age 55) community offering eight nearby golf courses and seven recreational centers with indoor and outdoor pools, hottubs, weights & fitness centers, tennis, miniature golf, bowling, ping pong, library, crafts, woodworking & metalshop, etc. Low golf fees. Located in NW Phoenix metropolitan area 20 minutes from Whitetank Mtns & near Spring Training facilities. 30 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport-- 3/4 miles to Dawn Lake. Enjoy outdoor living!

  • Hi-Season Rates
    1 Month - November, December - $2,500
    1 Month - January - $ 2,700
    1 Month - February, March, April - $ 2,950
    6-month rental - Nov -April $15,000

    Mid-Season Rates
    1 Month - May – October - $1,500

    Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
    Payment in full before occupancy is required plus a separate $200 security deposit. Security deposit is fully refundable based on a mutually approved check-in and check-out list and no outstanding expenses. No smoking, no pets. A recreation center membership and guest passes may be available for purchase.

    Cancellation: If a 'hi-season' reservation is canceled and the house is not rented at the beginning of the reservation term, all monies received will be forfeited and not refunded. Failure to take possession of the rental at the beginning of the reserved period results in forfeiture of all monies paid. If the house is re-rented during the reserved period, some prorated monies will be refunded.
