This Architecturally designed hide-away is approx. 1500 square feet (built in 1992). Upper level consisting of living, dinning, kitchen combination and master suite.

The Aerie's Beautifully appointed master suite has a king bed, all designer linens, private bath & extraordinary views. On the arbor level a large beautifully appointed King size bedded room with immediate access to outdoor shower and hot tub for soaking in complete privacy, while overlooking the vineyards.

Privacy and breathtaking views

Pros: You could spend several days at this house without leaving and never get board. The outdoor area has a fire pit, grill, chairs, lights, stereo system, hot tub, and a shower. And it all looks out over the vineyards across the valley towards Mt. St. Helena. The view is incredible. The kitchen is great and fully prepped to cook just about anything. It is in a very private location. There are plenty of dirt roads to walk or ride bikes on.

Cons: It is a 10 min drive to Calistoga and any type of store or restaurant, but I guess that is the price of privacy. There was no indoor shower only a bathtub. It could be a bit rustic for some people.

Breathtaking Views

This is a truly gorgeous house with incredible views of surrounding vineyards. Description and photos cannot do justice. Wonderfully secluded yet close to vineyards and Calistoga spa activities. Owner is wonderful and did everything possible to make our stay great.

Vineyard Haven

The vineyard location is fantastic and the views breathtaking. There is an especially great kitchen stocked with wine glasses, dishes and cookware galore. Linens are exceptional with robes, slippers and spa shoes included. It was more rustic than described but we found it quite comfortable. However, no one explained that bats, lizards and mice thrive among the grapes just steps from the bedrooms. A little household maintenance and a good power cleaning would make the stay exceptional. We suggest low hung ceiling fans, window washing, screens for cross ventilation and attention to the outdoor shower
