Located steps away is a Cabana Bar with ice cold beverages to make your day at the beach complete. It is within a short drive to many golf courses, water parks, restaurants, shopping and other fun attractions.

Located several yards away is a grilling area, an indoor - outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room.

Great place!

This will be our 5th year in this condo. We absolutely love it. Between my siblings and I we rent at least 4 separate condos each year. This is a gated community that is well secured, the condo is very nice, we love the first floor, we love the court yard and the walk to the beach takes only a few minutes. I have recommended this unit to two of my co-workers and their family's and they too loved it. This is a wonderful place for family's with children of all ages. We have never had any problems. We count down the days till we arrive every year!

Spring break 2012

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at the condo. The condo was very homey, clean and comfortable. the decor really helped us feel more on vacation it was cute. I was contacted promply by the owner to fill the empty week i admit i was a bit apprehensive of doing business online but everything came through without a hitch. The poolhouse was right at the backdoor which made it great to look out the window and see my kids having a blast. I endulged in the jacuzzi several times it was great. the beach was a bit of a walk but we got to see the grounds and play with the ducks. The resort staff was friendly and helpful always a warm smile. I plan on returning soon even this year later in the summer now that i know how smooth everything will go.

My vacation

I thought the room was adequate but a little small--the walk to the beach took about 6 minutes which was ok--the music at night was good--

The perfect family vacation

The condo was neat and clean, the kitchen was well stocked with all necessary cooking utensils and service ware. It had a slider and back patio that was only a few feet from the outdoor grill and indoor/outdoor pool with jacuzzi. The short walk to the beach passed us by the lazy river, playground & basketball courts, and of course the beach front pool. Nassau Ned's (the beach front "bar") was a great place for family fun in the evenings, with Kareoke and dancing from 7 to 11pm. My kids can't wait to go back next year!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Nice for the price

We stayed at this rental with our family of 6. The layout of the rental was very nice and clean. The good thing is that this rental is literally in front of one of the pools so you could swim all evening. The landscape is very manicured in the resort but they do cut grass by 7am, so don't plan on sleeping in. The ocean is a longer walk than what we thought so be prepared to do some walking. Because the owner does not live near by, if something breaks, like our sink disposal, goodluck. We had our sink backing up the entire time with nasty food smell in the kitchen eventhough they knew about it and said they couldn't come and didn't bother calling a plumber. The squirrels are really friendly and will even eat out of your hands there . Overall it was nice but it put a damper on our family vacation with the plumbing thing and no one to help us out.
