This spacious, 3700 sq. ft. home is perfect for family & friends to gather or for couples looking to getaway for a special weekend. Great oceanfront location and views make whale watching and sunsets picture perfect. The massive 3-sided river rock fireplace, pool table, 2 person Jacuzzi bathtub and extra amenities make this ideal for those looking to relax in a clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated vacation home. A Viking gas oven/stovetop in oversized kitchen with granite countertops, 10 person dining room table, and sunken wet bar that seats 4 (w/mini refrigerator) make entertaining a breeze. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own view of the ocean. Don't forget to spiral up the stairs to our rooftop deck and scan the coastline! The views are Spectacular! For those that can't seem to get away from the office we have Hi-Speed internet connection with wireless router. For kids young and old at heart we have an X-Box with a handful of games. We also have over 80 VCR Movies.

Additional information about rental rates

  • President's Day, Martin Luther King & Memorial Day holiday require 3/night stay @ $495
  • Rates do not include:

    9.5% Lincoln City Room Tax and 1% State Lodging Tax
    Non-Refundable Cleaning Deposit $250
    Refundable Damage Deposit $500



    Please note that all rates are based on 12 people. Each additional person is $25 per night/per person.
  • We require 50% of the total nights stay. The remaining balance, including $250 non-refundable cleaning fee, $500 refundable damage deposit and 10.5% tax is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

    Refunds and Cancellations:

    If final payment is not received 30 days prior to your arrival, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and open the dates for others to reserve.

    Cancellation/handling fee is $100.00.

    If we can fill the time you have reserved, your deposit will be fully refunded except for the $100 cancellation fee. If all or part of the time is not re-booked, the 50% deposit will pay for that unused time; any difference would then be refunded.

This was the most unforgettable vacation mainly because of this home. Never at any point did we feel like we were in a rental or "hotel like" setting. The views of the sunset were spectacular and the home was enormous. There were 9 of us staying there and it never felt cramped. The home was meticulous and generously stocked. We rarely left.....there was no need to. In fact, we are renting it again next year. Thank you so much for making our vacation so amazing.

Just a note to thank you for another wonderful week at your place. The effort you put into your guests’ comfort is so far beyond any that we find at other homes we’ve rented in other areas. From the immaculate cleanliness to the amenities, your home stands head and shoulders above other vacation rentals we’ve visited.

It was a perfect week—and thank you again for giving the added night and the discounted rate.

We have stayed in lots of places at the oregon coast, and this is by far the greatest. The view was breathtaking. Can't get over it. The house is by far the cleanest and most well maintained and we had such a wonderful time. I cannot say enough about this house and Gena and Lori, who were so helpful to make our family welcome. It was a special trip for my mother...and she will never forget it. So close to everything, yet we rarely left because there is no reason to. The kitchen was gorgeous and the beds were so comfy...I never wanted to get up. Thanks so much.I hesitate to write because I want it to be available again and want it to be a secret! All was awesome. We've stayed in several upper end rental homes, and this one is by far the nicest, most well kept, and most well appointed. Not only is it a beautiful home with lovely amenities, the view is spectacular from all but two rooms. The owners have also furnished and stocked it more generously than most rental homes, and we were impressed with how meticulously clean it was. The owners have really gone the extra mile to create a lovely experience for their guests in every way, and we felt fortunate to have the privilege to stay in this home. We've stayed here twice and hope to make it a family tradition to return. Don't be fooled by the rather simple exterior--it's a wonderful property that promises a serene and memorable getaway. Truly a class act!

THE most spectacular view on the Coast!!
The attention to detail was amazing,we felt like this was inded our "home away from home". Secondary to the view, was the incrediable cleanliness of the house, like no other rental we have ever been in . Apparently the owner does not employ a "Cleaning Service", but has actual "caretakers" who take
meticulous care of the home. We were also impressed with the personal phone call prior to our arrival, and the follow-up call the next day to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction.
Be sure to ask them about the services they provide that are not listed on the Internet, this place is truly the best in Lincoln City!!
