Our newly renovated building is located with in the famed LaCosta Resort. You can enjoy the beautiful landscaping, gardens, as well as the new spa, Chopra Center, 2 legendary golf courses, restaurants and shops with in the LaCosta complex.

Unit 621 is located in the Cortez building, has been totally remodeled and beautifully appointed and equipped with everything expected in a first class property. Secure underground parking, serviced by a private elevator. The air conditioned apartment has two queen beds as well as a sleeper sofa, sleeps comfortably 4 to 6 persons. A fully equipped kitchen. washer/dryer in apartment

Within minutes are the Aviara Four Seasons, sandy beaches(2miles), surfing, theaters, excellent shopping, restaurants. Leggo Land for the kids is 10 minutes away, the San Diego Zoo as well as Sea World, Old Town, Horse Racing and the Gas Lamp District are all with in 30 min. A perfect vacation for a private get-away or family fun

Retired business man, Moved to the San Diego area to enjoy with my wife the beautiful weather as well as our young grandson. We enjoy travel and playing golf, spending time with family as well as friends.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2010

This location is very close to our home. We have experience with rental properties as we own a high end rental condo in Vail, Co.

What makes this condo unique

This property is very close to so many things that interest us. We also have the La Costa Resort at our doorstep to enjoy.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. The pictures represent the inside well. Close to shopping, dining and the beach (about 5 min. away.) The grounds to the resort, are wonderfull. Ken (the owner) was so helpful and friendly, answering meny questions we had about places to see and how long it took to get there. This was our first expierence staying at a vrbo. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Ken for making my family's visit great.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We (my husband and 3 children) recently returned from a stay at this beautiful unit located within the La Costa Resort. It was the perfect location (near Legoland and the ocean, convenient to SeaWorld, the Zoo, Wildllife Safari), very generous amenities, sparkling clean, and well-appointed. Details like ultra plush bath towels and granite countertops definitely add a sense of luxury. We enjoyed the pool too and only wished we could have stayed longer! The owner was very easy and pleasant to work with and offered many restaurant suggestions too. I would highly recommend this condo (this coming from someone who rents out 3 homes on the Oregon Coast and knows what it takes to create a high quality vacation rental).

great place!

I recently stayed here for a weekend and LOVED it!. The pictures do not do the unit justice. It is beautifully decorated, charming and light and bright. I loved the grounds and the convenience of having shopping and restaurants around the corner. Took some great long walks with the dog. Quiet unit. Wish I had more time to actually try the spa and the pools! Ken was great and very helpful. I would definately stay here again and am trying to find a way to make that happen.

Like staying at a 5-star resort!

If you are looking to rent a vacation home that is appointed like a 5-star resort, than this is the place for you. The unit has been completely remodeled and is very quiet and comfortable. It is located on the grounds of the La Costa Resort and the owner offers the opportunity to purchase tickets to the Resort amenities. If you have kids, definitely do this because the three pools are beautiful and fun. My 2,4,6 and 8 year old kids spent the entire day at the resort pool. We had a 5 minute walk back to this vacation rental which was very convenient. If you don't want to purchase the tickets, there is also a community pool to use as well. Lastly, the owner is quite kind and helpful as well as generous. My family of six has stayed at 6+ vacation rentals and this was, by far, the nicest. You will enjoy this!
