Deposit of US$200 (US$500 for Winter monthly stays) required to secure reservation. Deposit is fully refundable if cancelled at least 14 days before arrival. Balance of payment on arrival.

Early check in/late check out available for a small fee, subject to space available.
Minimum 5 night stay.
Parking available in the building - security deposit of US$60.00 to uplift permit, refund $50. Without permit, US$9 per day. -

There are lots of comfortable lounge chairs to stretch out on, whether around the swimming pool or in a quiet, shady area close by. Enjoy quiet evenings on your private lanai sipping a cocktail - or prepare your evening meal on one of the barbeques and dine al fresco.
Spacious well equipped condo: The one bedroom are close to the recreation deck, and facilities which includes the children’s play area and snack bar. Our reliable staff are on hand to assist – and to welcome you back again soon.
