If you’re searching for a spacious Caribbean vacation condo that’s ON the beach (not just close to the beach or up the hill from the beach), this is what you’ve been looking for!

Totally remodeled from top to bottom in the summer of 2014, this 900 sq. ft., 2 level villa is located directly on Sapphire Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on St. Thomas, and is one of Sapphire Beach Resorts premier private rentals!

You will enjoy spectacular panoramic views from our two private balconies overlooking the beautiful Caribbean Ocean, St. John and the British Virgin Islands, where you are just steps away from the half mile long, white sandy beach and crystal clear aqua waters of Sapphire Beach. There is great snorkeling right on our own reef, and a two level pool is provided for guest use only.

Remodel includes:

• New porcelain floor tile – both levels

• New kitchen and bathroom cabinetry

• New quartz countertops – kitchen and both bathrooms

• New tiled kitchen backsplash

• New 4 door stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water dispenser

• New stainless steel automatic dishwasher

• New 4 burner ceramic cooktop

• New tiled walk-in showers both levels

• New direct and indirect LED lighting

• New furniture

• New bamboo curtains – both levels

In addition, Building A underwent a complete renovation of the exterior in 2013.

Imagine sitting on one of your two private balconies enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails (It’s 5 o’clock somewhere!) in a lush tropical setting, listening to the soothing sound of the ocean right in front of your condo!

You enter to the main floor, which has its own large bathroom, full kitchen, dining table, and living room with a queen sofa sleeper, recliner, flat screen TV and private balcony overlooking the beach and palm trees with amazing views of St. John and the British Virgin Islands. The quartz countertop kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, convection microwave, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, blender and plenty of cookware, dishes and silverware.

Stairs from the main level lead up to the master suite. This upper level, with an 18 ft. cathedral ceiling, also has its own large bathroom, a new king size pillow top bed, sitting area with another queen sofa sleeper, and another private balcony with even more spectacular views.

63 channel cable TV is provided on both levels. Both levels have their own air conditioning with separate thermostats; but the ceiling fans and ocean breezes are often all you need!

This unit can comfortably sleep six people. It is perfect for a couple with children, but it also provides ample privacy for two couples or three adults.

Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina is located on the East End of the island, only half a mile from the nautical village of Red Hook, which has shopping, numerous restaurants and bars, and the ferries to St. John.

The Sapphire Beach Marina, located on property, offers sailing trips, power boat trips, fishing trips, parasailing and Jet-Ski rentals. Beach chairs, snorkel gear and free Wi-Fi are included with your rental.

The Banana Cabana, also located on the property, cooks up hamburgers, veggie burgers, chicken or mahi sandwiches, and hot dogs, along with a variety of beers and tropical drinks; all delivered right to your beach chair!

This luxurious condo is managed by Dionne Nelthropp who owns Hibiscus Homes Realty. Dionne grew up in St. Thomas and has been in the Real Estate industry for more than ten years. The owners consider this a tremendous advantage over other rentals you find on VRBO, as it is professionally managed by a local who absolutely loves these islands and will do everything possible to make sure you have the perfect vacation rental.

We use our own reliable housekeeping to assure the unit is extremely clean for your arrival. We provide fresh linens and extra towels for you. Mid-week cleanings are available upon request for an extra charge, as is stocking of groceries or other needs you may have.

We would like to continue to help you plan your vacation even if you do not select this unit, as we have other units available. Please give us a call.

We used Isle be Back for three nights before taking cruise from Charlotte Amalie. Lovely apartment and lovely location. Great view. All the amenities we needed. Would use again.

Great Stay!!

This Condo was definitely a significant reasons we had an amazing holiday.

We were less than 100 feet to the water, with 2 great balconies that provided great views.

The proximity to one of the better beaches on St. Thomas is amazing.

Additionally, the unit was remodeled with great taste and has all of the amenities that one could ask for.

The property manager (Dionne) was quick to respond to any queries both about the unit and about the island, very helpful.

We are definitely looking forward to a return trip to St. Thomas and “Isle Be Back” !!

Perfect Location, Great Stay

We stayed at Isle Be Back for 5 nights, a family of 4 with a 9 and 11 yr old. It was the perfect location, beautiful views from both patios, easily accessible and really close to the great restaurants/bars in Red Hook. Bldg A has already been restored, so the exterior of the bldg is superior to the other buildings. The unit had everything we needed, beach chairs, a cooler, floaties, even snorkel gear. The kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed for making meals. We never met Dionne, but the payment process and security deposit reimbursement was flawless and we liked being able to call her if we needed to. Overall, we really enjoyed Sapphire Beach Resort and would highly recommend Isle Be Back to couples or families of 4-6. We hope to get back there someday!

Fantastic Condo Right on the Beach!

Not all condos are created equal and this one is among the BEST! My husband and I stayed in this unit for 6 of the most amazing days of our lives. The views from each of the 2 balconies were stunning. The condo was quite comfortable and had all of the amenities that we were hoping for. The description listed cannot do the condo justice. The photos are accurate, but seeing is believing and you just need to see this one for yourself. This unit is well maintained and in good working order. This property is managed by Dionne and she was very helpful. It was nice knowing that if we had questions or needed anything, Dionne would be available, since she lives on the island. The owners are very thoughtful folks. They left a binder that contained tons of information regarding the condo and the ins and outs of St. Thomas. They have a cooler that you could use to take to the beach and extra beach towels for their guests to use. They even arranged to have a welcoming gift sitting on the dining room table for us when we arrived. We would definitely love to stay at this property again. I would not hesitate recommending it to friends and family.

Great Stay! Great Service!

Although this resort, as a whole, has gotten a bit old and long in the tooth, this particular unit is fabulous. And the location can't be beat. Plenty of room; a king size and very comfortable bed; clean and well appointed bathrooms and kitchen area. The beach area is large and well maintained, with complimentary chairs and snorkeling equipment from the surf shack. The view from the unit out toward St. John and the British Virgin Islands is just the best! And the restaurants and nightlife of Red Hook are just a stone's throw away. You could easily walk to the St. John Ferry.

Our stay was cut short by 2 days due to a weather related delay in our departure. We were unable to extend due to another rental coming in. Although there was no obligation, the agent, Kirk, and the owner were very understanding of our situation and graciously refunded a day's worth of rent. Very professional!!
