This home is completely remodeled with a glassed room addition (family room). This VIP 2-bed 2-bath villa is located 50 yards from two golf courses and an 8-minute walk to the Sea Pines Beach Club. Custom decorated and centrally located it features a family room with a day bed, living/dining room, ceramic tile floors and an all new modern kitchen. Pets are not allowed. No smoking and yes, bring your laptop.

perfect for family, ladies' getaway or golf escape

We found that this villa had everything we needed and more. It was spotless and comfortable. An easy walk to the beach and a short drive to all other attactions and amenities. The price was super and the owner/manager was great to deal with. The little extras like restaurant recommendations and brochures were useful and I would recommend this villa to anyone.
