Lakefront only has the lake. We have a private sandy beach for our small area of homes plus a marina and moorings. Summer fun includes swimming in the lake ,boating, fishing as well as a oversized 90' swimming pool, basketball court and 2 tennis courts, In town there is a summer theater with live music and plays, movie theater with 3 screens and a pub , gift shops, antiques, and a drive in theater, many local inns for fine dining and local restaurants for delicious food. Fall offers great golfing on several nearby courses and beautiful foilage. The famous Fryeburg Fair is only 10 minutes away. Winter offers great skiing for the whole family and is only 1 mile away. Snowmobile trails run to Canada. The lake offers skating and ice fishing. Weekend entertainment in local restaurants.

The Birch House is in a great location to hit a lot of excellent ski resorts. The house itself is amazing. 3 floors, 5 bedrooms sleeping 18+ people. Lots of in-house activities to keep everyone busy (pool table, bumper pool, air hockey, putting green, blackjack and poker tables, and a wonderful hot tub to relax the sore muscles. We've vacationed here for 4 of the past 5 years (only going somewhere else because the house booked up too fast). This house is highly recommended!

I have rented this house for the past two new years and I would continue to rent it as long as I can. This house has something for everyone and plenty of room to do anything. The owners are easy to work with and are very nice. I would suggest this house to anyone.

Bridgton getaway

This house has a great set up for socializing with either family or friends. The open floor plan along with a spacious kitchen makes it easy to accomodate a large group. Our "girls weekend away" group really look forward to using the extras like the hot tub and pool table but our favorite spot is in front of the fireplace on the sectional sofa. There's a lot to do in the area but you could never leave the house and still feel like you had a great vacation!

Memorial Day

We rented the house with 6 kids (ages 10 and under) and 10 adults. We were never in each others way and had plenty not only in the house to do but near by. We went to the North Conway Outlets, did some go carts in Windham, NH & Story Land with the young kids. We had lots of fun and looking forward to returning.
