The Chateau Relaxo Compound is a 2 house, 8 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom accommodation in the Koloa/Poipu Beach area of Kauai's Sunny South shore. It is in a very private, quiet setting. It is surrounded by the natural beauty of the Garden Island of Kauai. Fruit trees (Papaya, Avocado, Coconut, etc.) and flowers (Birds of Paradise, Hibiscus, Halyconia, etc.) are abundant. The beautifully furnished houses are open and comfortable for large groups and families. Furnishings include multiple TVs, VCRs, a Baby Grand Piano, modern kitchen appliances, Barbecue Grills, and much more. The private, large NEW pool area is great for relaxing in the sun, outdoor entertaining, and the pool is popular with the kiddos. There is also a Ping Pong table set up in the garage. Beach items such as beach chairs, mats, umbrellas, coolers, and more are available.

8 Bedrooms in 1 Location!!!!! : Only one other place on the Poipu side of Kauai with 8 bedrooms in one location. Perfect for Wedding Parties, Family Reunions/Vacations, and golf groups. We have referrals for catering, photographers, etc. Daily maid service, cooking/catering, and other services can be arranged by request. Prior to making this property available for vacation rentals it was our full-time family residence and is, therefore, fully furnished.

Location - Sunny Koloa/Poipu Beach Area: Close to Poipu Beach area. A 10 minute ride down the hill if you drive Kauai style aka SLOW! Close but also far enough away for peaceful surroundings. Also close to Poipu Bay, Kiahuna, and Kukiolono Golf Courses.
