This 1030 sq. ft. condo at Trout Creek Condominium Resort is the perfect accommodation for your vacation in northern lower Michigan - whether you are here for skiing, golfing or just sight-seeing in the spring or fall color tours. Located in Harbor Springs/Petoskey area, Trout Creek is adjacent to two of Michigan's most popular ski resorts - Nub's Nob and Boyne Highlands (0.4 mile and 0.8 mile, respectively, from entrance to entrance on Pleasantview Road). Boyne Mountain at Boyne Falls, another popular ski resort, is a short drive from Trout Creek. If you are a golf enthusiast, Boyne Highlands Golf Club is just across the road and Chestnut Valley Golf course is minutes away.

    Full rental payment (not including $200 deposit) due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival no penalty; cancellation less than 30 days subject to a $25 fee; less than 14 days subject to a $100 fee.

Amenities: Trout Creek is a family oriented resort situated in a 230 acre rolling hills forest. The resort has plenty of amenities for you to explore. Three indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor spa, sauna, exercise room, tennis and roller blading courts, cross country trails, conference room, children's playground, putting green, horse shoe pits, volley ball sand court, basketball court, stocked trout ponds and kid's summer camp. The condo is within walking distance of all the above amenities. The condo has full kitchen, 2 cable TVs, DVD/CD/MP3 player, VCR, stereo, phone, central air, fireplace, large Jacuzzi, king size bed in master, 2 twin beds in second, 1 queen and 1 twin sofa beds in living room, washer/dryer, linens and towels provided, one car garage included. Check-in time is 5:00PM; check-out time is 11:00AM.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Activities: Trout Creek is conveniently situated close to the unique shops and restaurants of Harbor Springs and Petoskey. If you're interested in exploring northern Michigan, our location is prefect. Don't miss nearby Boyne City, Charlevoix and Cross Village. The Mackinaw City shopping mall, Mackinac Island and Upper Peninsula attractions are only short day trips from your home away from home, Trout Creek.

We enjoyed our first visit to Trout Creek in August 2009. The weather was a bit unsettled but we managed to find plenty to do in the area - golf was great, bears at the Bear Ranch were worth the drive, loved Mackinac Island, Petoskey and Harbour Springs.The condo was very comfortable and very well stocked with everything that you might need. Trout Creek was relatively quiet and the facilities at the resort were very good. Would recommend the condo and the area.

Excellent Accommodations

My family has rented this condo for several summer weeks over the years. It is ideally located to all the great amenities at the resort – swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, trout ponds, hiking trails, game room, basketball, kids play areas, grills, etc. This condo is complete with all the comforts of home including washer/dryer and fully loaded kitchen. The condo is also in a perfect location for taking in the many attractions in the area. We’ve rented boats and traveled through the inland waterway, taken trips up to Mackinaw Island, Pictured rocks, Tahquamenon Falls, we’ve gone tubing down the Sturgeon River, Parasailed, enjoyed the area beaches, and taken in many beautiful sunsets in downtown Harbor Springs/Petoskey.
Communication with the owner and the ease of booking the reservation are excellent. The security deposit is handled in a professional and timely fashion. I would highly recommend this condo.

Excellent rental and location

I have rented this unit every summer for a week for several years. It is very well located close to the amenities, well equipped and I plan to rent it every summer for a week in the future. We also play golf across the road at the Highlands Moor course and it is very convenient to that.

This resort has something for everyone. The resort has been maintained nicely. The condo is comfortable and centrally located near a trout pond and pool. Beautiful walking trails and so much to do in and around Harbor Springs/Petoskey area. Owner of condo has great communication. Great to have your own kitchen, laundry and kids bedroom on vacation!
