Olcha House is exceptionally appointed with top-of-the-line fixtures, appliances, flooring, furniture, bedding and more. The efficient floorplan offers a great deal of privacy and accommodates singles, couples, or 2-3 families comfortably. The home also offers two car covered parking and an eight person hot tub on a deck overlooking Historic Old Town. Amenities include a ski locker, boot dryer, stone fireplace, Bose Stereo, Internet access, and more.

Olcha House is located in Park City's Historic Old Town.... just 40 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport. Take the staircase conveniently located a few yards from our front door to the center of Main Street and enjoy a variety of dining, entertainment, and shopping venues. A five minute walk to the Town Lift gives you direct access to Park City Mountain Resort. Intermediate skiers can even 'ski in ' to Olcha House via the Quit'n Time run. We're a three minute walk to the free resort shuttle, a five minute drive to Deer Valley, a ten minute drive to The Canyons, and 50 minutes to Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton.
