$4,500 a week / $1200 for security deposit. Rentals run from Saturday at 2:30 pm to Saturday at 10:00 am. (This house is close to Old Silver Beach in West Falmouth, Mass.) Beach Road intersects with Quaker Road.
This Post and Beam house is above ground. To get to the front door, you walk up the stairs from the parking area at the end of the driveway to the first floor deck. The front door is to the left.
1st Floor: 3 bedrooms and 1 shared bath. Once in the front door, stairs to the 2nd floor are on the left. Down the hallway to the left are the furnace/ laundry room; and 1 full bath with 1 tub with shower and 1 additional shower with pocket doors that can be entered from the laundry room and closed off from the bathroom. The last room on the left is a bedroom with 1 queen bed and room air conditioner.
Going down the right side of the hallway are 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (1 bed has an additional trundle underneath); a locked storage closet; and, last, 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed. Both bedrooms on the right have sliding glass doors to the 1st floor deck.
2nd Floor: This open floor plan consists of a kitchen with table and 6 chairs; dining table with 6 chairs and an additional bench, if needed; living area with fireplace has a leather love seat and couch and an additional chair. There is also a bar and sink next to 1 of the sliding glass doors to the 2nd floor deck. When you come up the stairs to the 2nd floor, there is a half bath on the left and stairs to the 3rd floor. All the areas on the 2nd floor have great water views of Buzzards Bay and West Falmouth Harbor and glorious sunsets. The 2nd floor deck, entered by either of 2 sliding glass doors, has a glass table with seating for 6 and an umbrella; a gas grill; lounge chairs; and a hammock.
3rd Floor: When you go up the stairs to the 3rd floor, you enter a balcony area which overlooks the kitchen and dining areas below. The master bedroom, which consists of half of the 3rd floor, is on the left. The master bedroom also has a fireplace and walk-in closet. The master bathroom, done in green marble, has a shower and whirlpool tub. There is also a deck off the master bedroom which also has great water views of Buzzards Bay and West Falmouth Harbor and glorious sunsets.
