Our villa offers breathtaking views of Night Heron Parks' beautiful fresh water lake and wooded areas. A great setting for your retreat! The Parkside Villas are a short walk to the beach with easy access to tennis, golf, and the Town Center Market. The wooded setting is adjacent to Night Heron Park, which homes the Nature Center. The villa is conveniently located near the new hotel, 'The Sanctuary'. Freshfields is 4 miles away. Kiawah Island is a beautiful subtropical island with 10 miles of beautiful beaches. In Kiawah, there is something for everyone in the family; tennis, golf, bike trails, playing fields, and a nature center. If you can break away from the island you will find the city of Charleston, which is 22 miles away by road. In Charleston you will find three centuries of history with museums, carriage rides, and tours.

Kiawah Island is a luxury resort and residential community for people seeking a South Carolina low country vacation. Our villa is located in the heart of Kiawah island, near the beach and between Night Heron Park and the new Sanctuary hotel. The location is convenient and you will find easy access to all that Kiawah has to offer. The new Freshfields Market provides convenient access to gourmet groceries, shops, and restaurants. Nearby Bohicket Marina offers boat rentals, deep-sea fishing charters, restaurants, shopping, and more. The Bohiket Marina is home to Rosebank Farms Cafe' - one of our favorite restaurants. Locally grown produce and seafood can be found at stands along Betsy Kerrison Parkway. Historic Charleston is a 35-minute drive away, and offers fine dining, a night life, shopping, museums, fine arts, sporting events, guided tours, and many other attractions. The Charleston International airport provides convenient access.

  • $825-1925/Week + accomodation tax and registration fee
  • -All rates quoted are weekly and additional taxes and fees apply. Please email for shorter stays.

    -A 1/3 deposit will be required to confirm your reservation. the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival, and is payable by personal check drawn on US funds, or credit card.

    -Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. A thirty (30) day or longer cancellation policy applies depending on the time of reservation you have booked. All money on deposit will be forfeited if you cancel within the cancellation period.

    -All rentals are subject to 11.5% accommodation tax and a 3.5% registration fee. A security deposit is required. The deposit will be refunded 30 days after departure if no damage occurs.

    -Maximum occupancy for accommodations is 6, including children and infants.

    -Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is 10:30 a.m. or earlier.
