Sleep up to six in this two-story, 2 bedrooms 1 ½ bath Townhouse with Wi-Fi Internet located in the Old Village of Mount Pleasant. Located less then 2 miles to Sullivan's Island Beach and 6 miles to Historic Charleston and .8 mile to Pitt Street Bridge, this Townhouse offers one King size Rice Bed in master bedroom and two queen size beds in second bedroom (One Queen Rice Bed). Linens provided. Floor plan places both bedrooms upstairs with one full bath; downstairs open dining room/living room and half bath with fully equipped kitchen. This charming Townhouse is located on a quit courtyard with no street traffic. With only 50 Units in the complex there are never crowds in our pool or tennis court.

Was there for a month. The location is super--walking distance to Old Village and very short drive to beaches, downtown and Shem Creek. The unit is in good condition and well stocked with anything you would need to set up housekeeping. It is in a quiet subdivision. Next-door neighbor was very friendly and provided a lot of information about the area. All in all a very positive experience.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Lots of room to relax

My sisters and mother and I really enjoyed a place to stretch out after sightseeing. We felt that we could spend more time together without having to cram into hotel rooms. It was clean and comfortable and extremely quiet.

Really enjoyed our stay in Charleston the property was of a high standard the house was fully equipped and very clean.
The customer service was excellent and the information given to us by the owner was very helpful easy to follow direction etc. We were close to amenities nice restaurants near by at Shem Creek and Charleston was was only a short drive away with plenty of museums and places of interest.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Best location in the lowcountry!

If you have never stayed in the "Old Village" of Mt. Pleasant, you are missing out. Bring your bikes because this unit is in a great area to ride bikes and enjoy the wonderful streets of historic old town. We were able to be on the beach each day in less than 10 minutes as the street the complex is on comes out right at the bridge to Sullivan's Island. The unit itself is clean and very functional with everything you will need, and the complex offers a pool and tennis courts. Convenient to shopping, the beach, fishing, restaurants and downtown Charleston - what more could you want?

Great location!

This location was great; it was convenient to all of the places we wanted to go. We were at Patriots Point within minutes and shopping in the area was great. The beaches were also within a couple of minutes drive. The houses itself was everything the owner had stated. It was perfect for my family and we would stay there again if we are ever in the area. The owner was wonderful to deal with, he made everything so simple and was extremely kind to me in all of our correspondence. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the whole experience was for us.
