Get Away to Paradise in this Bonita Beach Luxury Gulf Front Condo Retreat! Paradise awaits you in this huge luxurious first floor, 1000 Square Foot Tropical Condo with views of beautiful manicured gardens and Gulf. Located directly on the Gulf, in the gated community of Bonita Beach Club, this is the last complex on the beach. The condo is equipped with new appliances and furnishings. Our Kitchen has been completely remodeled in September of 2005. Ceiling fans are in every room in addition to central air conditioning. The unit has been tiled through out in September 2005. The living room has a lazy boy couch with massage. Equipped with bar, slot machine a new 32-inch TV, Surround Sound, DVD, digital cable with DVR and HBO. Also a fax with cordless phone. We have a Pentium 4 computer so you can check your E-mail and stock quotes. The large bedroom has a king-size soft side water bed and Queen Sealy, plus a new 27-inch TV and DVD/VCR.

The Best Holiday Ever!

From the moment we stepped in, we felt completely at home in this beautiful condo. Furthermore, whatever we needed to make our vacation totally carefree was provided by Joanne.

The most perfect location - a dead-end street, no traffic noise, no crowds, and the beach just a few feet away - made for a perfect holiday. We can hardly wait for January 2009!

We just got back from another wonderful vacation at the Bonita Beach Club. This was all due to the great area, wonderful beaches, the pool, grounds and staff and especially, Joanne's condo. We have been staying at Joanne's for several years now and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. Joanne keeps her condo in A+ shape and is always upgrading her condo each year to make it an even better place to return too. We can always count on Joanne to do everything to make our stay even more pleasant than before. If anyone needs more photos or information, please feel free to email us. Thanks Joanne for "everything"!!

my wife and I have had the pleasure of staying here several times. The place is gorgeous! The grounds are breathtaking and immaculate,and right on the beach. everything you could possibly need is there so just bring your swimsuit. We loved breakfast on the screened lania listening to the waves. We intend to go back very soon.

This one-bedroom condo is extremely spacious. We stayed for 2 weeks and never felt crowded at all. Also, the closets are HUGE, and there is more drawer space than anyone could ever need. Joanne has attended to every detail that you could imagine. Whatever you might need is there in her condo somewhere. She has plenty of towels, linens, beachtowels, etc. You need it -- she has it. And the views from the lanai and other windows in the condo are absolutely beautiful. The entire condominium is tended to immaculately (even the handily-located laundry room is absolutely meticulous). Being at the end of the island and surrounded by water on three sides is an absolutely wonderful location, and yet you are just minutes from the mainland. We would highly recommend Joanne's unit to anyone. The only reason we will not be able to come back is because we love the area so much and have bought a place in Bonita ourselves!!

This was our 10th visit to Bonita Beach and we decided to spend 3 weeks and get to see more of the area and get ready to
retire. We were so pleased -- the condo
was perfect,everything you could wantwas
at hand thanks to our accomodating landlord and the people at the site were
so friendly. Yes we will be back! We may need more space since our children want to visit but we will also book some time for just the two of us after they go home. Thanks for the memories and wonderful time.
