DOG FRIENDLY: We love dogs and welcome your gentle, clean, quiet and well behaved 'additions to the family'. Since other guests will be joining us after your departure, please be sensitive to flea & tick protection prior to your arrival. Adjoining neighbors and their guests are often at their respective properties, so please keep that in mind and remember, there are leash and curbing laws in the neighborhood and city. There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee requirement per pet.
RATES: In addition to the posted rates, there is a processing fee of $75 + $35 security deposit waiver fee & 3% city tax fee per stay and, if applicable, $200 non-refundable pet fee per pet.
NOTE: Weekly, Weekend, Off-Season rentals available with a two night minimum required. No cleaning fee applicable for weekly rentals. $70 cleaning fee for anything less than weekly rentals.
OFF STREET PARKING: Driveway accommodates 2 vehicles + 2 additional vehicles may be parked on the street directly behind the autos in the driveway. Parking passes are required in season outside of metered areas and designated driveways (as per the foregoing).
BEACH: The Atlantic Ocean is 3.5 blocks away straight up Stockley Street with a guarded Life Guard stand; Beach Shack where umbrellas and chairs can be rented and set up for you on a weekly or daily basis; or take a stroll on the Boardwalk where you can enjoy a myriad of shops, eateries and Fun Land (amusement rides and games) for the kids.

We loved staying at your cottage! The great blue heron, snowing egret, turtles and LARGE fish kept us entertained every morning. Despite the weather we made it to the beach every day except one. We were of course thrilled to have Saturday at the beach with our extra day and were so glad it was available.
I kept commenting on how well stocked the kitchen was every time we made a meal - since we have a one year old and four year old, we didn't venture out with our tired beach babies for meals.
We're talking about renting in the Spring - April or May - and I was going to contact you regarding rates for that time of year.
It was a wonderful vacation for us and very comfortable. Your home is impeccably maintained and was super clean. It was fun to come in with all the Halloween decorations. Our 4 year old especially liked the pumpkin lantern hanging from the dining room table and turned it on at each meal.

Another great experience in this house. The location is so convenient and kid friendly. The deck is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the lake and all of the suprises it may bring. The house is clean and inviting and makes you feel like you are at home right away. This is the the type of property where Priceless Family Memories are made!
This was a charming, perfectly located, pet friendly home and suited our needs well. The owners obviously take great care to ensure that their renters are comfortable and have anything and everything that they need. In all the years we have rented various homes in the Outer Banks, none have ever come close to the hominess and the open invitation to help yourself to whatever you might need during your stay. The decks and the lake in the back of the house are quiet and peaceful. The walk to the beach is painless and we also enjoyed walking down to the Avenue in the evenings for dinner. No worries about cocktails and then having to drive. We would highly recommend!
When we first saw the pictures of this vacation home and read the reviews, it sounded too good to be true. It wasn't! It was exactly as the listing said and even better. It was a clean, comfortable house and it was so convenient to everything. We could walk to the beach and boardwalk and took advantage of the tot lot, as we had children with us. We fed the turtles and watched all the birds that visited the lake. We really enjoyed eating on the large deck. I can't think of a thing that would have made our stay any better. We would certainly recommend this property to others, and already have.
We're planning our fourth visit to this delightful cottage in Sept 2013. The cottage is spotless, well appointed, and comfortable. We've made it a traditional September getaway and have enjoyed the house, the location, the wildlife, the quiet, and the beaches on every visit. Whatever your interest, you'll discover it in Rehoboth. Owners are great and very easy to work with.
This house has amazed us once again! So clean and comfortable it is truly a home away from home. Anything you need is available. This is truly a magical place for my family. When you step out on the deck you will always be surprised by some sort of wildlife. This year we saw Deer, Fox, a toast stealing Cat Bird, Raccoon, and of course Bill's turtle and all his friends. We watched a small turtle lay her eggs on the corner of the lower deck. The house is Child friendly which makes life so much easier when you have small children, the deck has the perfect Child proof gate. The location is ideal with the "Tot Lot" playground and Turtle bridge just steps away, The beach is a bit further, a 10 minute walk but still not too bad. The Owner and Coldwell Banker are always easy to work with and accommodating to every request. Thanks again for another wonderful Vacation experience!
Just a note say how much we enjoyed the Stockley beach house. Enjoyed all the accommodations, beds were comfy, location great, nice and clean. Owner is very easy to work with and promptly answered our questions. It is managed through Caldwell Banker; they had a great, smooth, easy check-in and check-out process. The house is a bit of a walk to the beach; 3.5 long blocks. Walked back from the fireworks on July 4 with no problem at all. Bought a week parking pass ($45) from the city, so could park closer to the beach. That helped a lot on the hottest days. Easily walkable to restaurants in Rehoboth. So many great ones to chose from! Check out the farmer's market on Tuesday afternoons. Yumm!
