SPACIOUS MASTER SUITE ADJOINS A PRIVATE BATH and includes a full size Tub/Shower combination; Flat Screen TV; 2 Dressers; Table style Desk; 2 separate Closets & 1 large Linen Closet in the bath & Queen Mattress for your sleeping pleasure.
GUEST BEDROOM #1 includes a Double Closet; Dresser; Nightstand & Queen Size Bed.
GUEST BEDROOM #2 includes a Double Closet; Dresser; Nightstand & Twin Size Beds.
ROLL OUT BED includes blow up Air Mattress to accommodate one child or teen.
NOTE: Each of the 3-Bedrooms includes Fresh Mattress Pads, Pillows, Blankets & Spreads. Extra pillows and blankets are provided for your comfort.
PLEASE BRING: Appropriately sized sheets & pillow cases for each of the aforementioned bedding + your fave pillows just in case you can't leave home without them!
DINING ROOM, KITCHEN & BAR are fully equipped with Dishes, Pots & Pans, Silverware, Cutlery, Barware & all the comforts of home while the open mirrored Bar Area has a pass-through to the Living Room with 2 bar stools.
PLEASE BRING: Dish Cloths, Dish Towels, Liquid & Powdered Dish Detergent for dishware & dishwasher.
LIVING ROOM includes a Sofa, 2 swivel style occasional chairs; 1 recliner; Armoire with TV, DVD & VCR Player; & 2 Bar Stools in the bar area for extra seating.
HALL BATH includes a festive fish theme with full Tub/Shower enclosure & Linen Closet.
NOTE: Please bring soap, bath towels, wash cloths & toiletries.
PET FRIENDLY: We love pets and welcome your gentle, clean, quiet and well behaved 'additions to the family'. Since other guests will be joining us after your departure, please be sensitive to flea & tick protection prior to your arrival. Adjoining neighbors and their guests are often at their respective properties, so please keep that in mind and remember, there are leash and curbing laws in the neighborhood and city. There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee requirement per pet.
RATES: In addition to the posted rates, there is a processing fee of $75 + $35 security deposit waiver fee & 3% city tax fee per stay and, if applicable, $200 non-refundable pet fee per pet.
NOTE: Weekly, Weekend, Off-Season rentals available with a two night minimum required. No cleaning fee applicable for weekly rentals. $70 cleaning fee for 'two night minimum' rentals.
OFF STREET PARKING: Driveway accommodates 2 vehicles + 2 additional vehicles may be parked on the street directly behind the autos in the driveway. Parking passes are required in season outside of metered areas and designated driveways (as per the foregoing).
BEACH: The Atlantic Ocean is 3.5 blocks away straight up Stockley Street with a guarded Life Guard stand; Beach Shack where umbrellas and chairs can be rented and set up for you on a weekly or daily basis; or take a stroll on the Boardwalk where you can enjoy a myriad of shops, eateries and Fun Land (amusement rides and games) for the kids.
WHAT TO BRING: BEACH, BATH & KITCHEN TOWELS+ (soap, dishwashing/dishwasher detergents); LINENS (appropriately sized sheet sets... Blankets & Pillows provided); BIKES (storage under upper deck); WAGON or Beach Hauler (for all of your beach gear); QUARTERS (meters).
