This lush tropical gated community is surrounded with two story, attractive stucco buildings among 2 tennis courts, 2 private pools, racquetball court, wooded walking area, shuffleboard, volleyball, exercise room and 24 hour security gate, with a resort atmosphere. Relax in the bubbling hot tub overlooking the water or play on the putting green next to the pool. There is much to do at Bermuda Bay Beach and Racquet Club. We are located just off Hwy 275 for easy access on and off. Just minutes from Prime Outlet mall, the Don Cesar Hotel, the Gulf beaches, fishing, shopping, tiki bars and restaurants, great entertainment and much more. Orlando/Disney is only 90 minutes away. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island is only 10 minutes away. You can walk to Eckerd College, Grocery, Pharmacy, Fast food and Entertainment.

About the beach: This condo has direct access to the water, beach, pool, hot tub and putting green. The private beach comes with tiki tables and benches, plenty of beach for the children to build sand castles, or for you to let the sand run through your toes while reading your favorite novel in a comfortable beach chair. This two Bedroom condo is just steps from the private beach and pool but is not directly on the water. The gulf beaches are just a short drive of approx 4 miles. The gulf beach area has plenty of great beach bars, restaurants and shops.

About the condo: This condo is nicely furnished with modern, comfortable beach furniture and all the necessary things you will need to have a great vacation. It is very clean, well maintained, well managed and continually being upgraded for constant vacation pleasure. The condo is our personal vacation spot as well as our renters so we take pride in offering vacation rentals that we would be comfortable staying in ourselves. You won't be disappointed!

Rental forms and deposits: All rentals are not considered guaranteed until rental form is delivered to the condo owners with signature with in 5 days of the date on the rental form and deposit has cleared. Your uncashed deposit will be returned should the unit become rented before we receive your check.
