Photos and Description of the Oceanside vacation condo rental Lovely 1 BR 1 BA Luxury Condo

Our newly renovated, large, one bedroom condo is located in the most desirable bungalows with a view of the harbor and ocean from the living room and patio. The bedroom has a view of a greenbelt with flowing stream, lush landscaping etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new major appliances, granite counters, and has a microwave oven, blender, toaster, waffle iron, coffee maker etc. It also has a reverse osmosis unit to filter the drinking water and the ice cubes in the refrigerator. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a mattress design with NASA technology for a great nights sleep (Swedish design by Tempur-Pedic®). We have 2 TVs with DVD and VCR devices for both. We have 2 telephones with an answering machine. Linens, towels and bedding are included. We have beach chairs and beach towels available for your use.

    Check in time is 3:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00AM. There is a City of Oceanside tax (TOT) of 10% for stays that are a month or less.

    Summer:
    June 15 - Sept. 15 $1000/Week
    Winter:
    Sept. 16 to June 14 $650/week or if you book 4 weeks or more it is $450 per week
    For weeks that include a holiday Add a $100 to the rate for that week

You can enjoy watching the sun go down over the ocean from the patio while BBQing your dinner or if you prefer you can just sip a glass of wine while enjoying the evening sky and watching the many birds in the adjacent lagoon. This is a great romantic getaway for 2.

Amenities: North Coast Village is a beautifully maintained luxury condo complex right on a long, wide, clean sandy beach. The resort is on 12 acres and includes 2 large swimming pools, rock grotto spa, men's and women's saunas, pool tables, ping pong table, a complete exercise room with a variety of work out machines, grounds with lush tropical landscaping with a waterfall and streams, koi pond, underground parking, and a 24 hour security staff. Within walking distance are restaurants, a movie theater and miscellaneous shops in the village. Adjacent to the north is the Oceanside harbor with a variety of shops, restaurants, and coffee houses, along with boats for hire for deep sea fishing or whale watching, and jet ski rentals, etc. Within a one half hour drive is the famous Wild Animal Park, San Diego Zoo, Legoland and Sea World.

Area: This unit is a bungalow unit which has its own individual entrance. You do not have to go down a hall for access. It is only a few steps from the sand.

Just got back to Texas and miss the cool days aleady! Thank ya'll for sharing your wonderful condo, the beach was beautiful and closer than I thought from the photos. Also, all the extra touches that you added were great - something you don't get when managed by a business and not the owners. I had the perfect visit with my son, caught up on my reading, and just enjoyed the beach. Your location was great and as I traveled alone for the 1st time, I felt safe and secure in NCV. Can't wait to return, Thanks again.

Perfect Home Away from Home

We rented Don & Jeane's condo for 11 days in Jan /Feb and found it truly the perfect place for 2 adults. Every ammenity imaginable was there. Everything was immaculately clean and in perfect working order. The location gave us great beach access for long walks and to watch sunset from the balcony in the evenings. Easy proximity to Oceanside restaurants, pier and shops. It was hard to leave and we would reccommend it easily.
