Large, Luxurious Oceanfront Villa with Swimming Pool, Overlooking Pink Sand Beach with Offshore Coral Reefs for Scuba or Snorkeling. Heron Hill, a magnificent large villa with it's own swimming pool, is situated on a 5 acre landscaped coconut palm estate on the island of Eleuthera in the Bahamas; affords some of the best fishing, surfing and beach walking to be found anywhere. Heron Hill sits on an oceanside cliff, sixty steps up from a sandy beach and scant yards away rising from the Atlantic Ocean are coral reefs alive with tropical fish, and the occasional lobster- an ideal place for swimming, scuba or snorkeling. The house has 3 wings on different levels, each of which has its own entrance, patio, kitchen, large bedroom, sitting room and bathroom. The central wing has a 'Great Room', beautifully equipped gourmet kitchen and master bedroom, all with large sliding glass doors that look out on the ocean expanse.

It has it's own patio, sitting area, walk-in shower in bathroom; large bedroom with king-sized bed; fully equipped kitchen; satellite TV, CD player, stereo etc. House is not rented when the 'apartment' is rented.

Beautiful house with wonderful gardens and a great beach. The swimming pool was a good addition for days when the sea was rough. The caretakers were so nice and accomadating. We can't wait to return.
