Our townhome is located in Point Venture, Texas on Lake Travis, 20 miles northwest of Austin, in the Heart of the Texas Hill Country. Lake Travis is a beautiful lake with 44,000 acres of cool, clean, and clear water. There is plenty of room for boating and water sports plus many coves where you can swim and relax.

    The cleaning fee of $70 only applies for stays less than 3 nights.
    Pet Fee: $25 per Pet plus a $50 Refundable Deposit

    Reservation/Security Deposit of $300 must be received within 7 days of confirmation to guarantee your reservation and may be held for up to 7 days after check out to allow time for an inventory and property inspection. Rental is due 14 days prior to arrival.

    Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a $35 cancellation fee.
    Thirty days or more prior to arrival - full refund less cancellation fee.
    14-29 days prior to arrival - a charge of 1/2 of one night's rental fee plus cancellation fee

Amenities: Our townhome has been renovated and can sleep 9 comfortably with all the comforts of home. We have two levels with a bedroom and bathroom on each level. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds (1 with a full-sized bottom bunk). In the living area there is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and love seat. For your comfort, we have provided ceiling fans and TVs with cable in each of the bedrooms and the living area. There is a DVD player and Stereo in the living area and a VCR and Nintendo 64 in the second bedroom. The woodburning fireplace is a welcome attraction during the cold, winter months. The kitchen is completely equipped. We provide a washer, dryer, and a gas grill for your use. The bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen towels are provided. There are blow dryers in each of the bathrooms. You just need to bring your beach towels, bath and personal items.

There are many activities to choose from right in the Village of Point Venture. The Point Venture nine hole golf course features a practice putting green, driving range, and a pro shop. Other activities include an Olympic sized pool, six laykold tennis courts (four are lighted), and a 50 acre waterfront park (with two boat ramps). The Point Venture Marina provides full service such as a fuel dock, a store, and The Pier (a floating restaurant). There are watercraft rentals nearby.

You can enjoy the beautiful view of the lake while relaxing on either of the two decks. The top deck is great for getting some sun and the bottom deck is very comfortable and shaded. Deer roam freely in the early morning and evening hours. There is a gently sloping rock and grassy area leading to the lake.

We had an awesome time. My childern and grandsons loved everything from the fish fry in the park, to a big 95th Birthday party for my Mother at the Club House. There was something for everyone golf, tennis, watching the deer in yard and etc. I thanks Cheryl and Robert for this. The Sullivan Family

We had a wonderful weekend at the lake. The home was very clean and well kept. The kids were stunned by how friendly the deer were and we basically had the park and the beach to ourselves all weekend. Looking forward to going back.

This is a beautiful townhome. We had planned on going to the beach in Galveston, only hurricane Ike took care of that. Bob and Cheryl let us rent the townhome at absolutely the last minute, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay there. My family wants to go back next year instead of to the beach. This townhome is well-equipped, clean, and comfortable for 9 people. Having "Dink Pearson" park in walking distance was an added pleasure as he was my grandfather. Thank you for this awesome vacation!

Your townhome was truly a home away from home. Great amenities, very well equipped - and a killer view. We had a very relaxing week, and thanks to cooler weather were able to take advantage of the deck and view for outdoor eating! We will be back. Thanks for sharing your home.

We stayed at the condo for my boyfriend's 30th birthday and had an absolute blast! The place was perfect for a weekend hanging out with our friends and relaxing! It was even nicer than the picture and comfortably slept us and our friends. The golf course in the neighborhood was also nice and was more than accomadating to us, and the lake is easily accesible! This is a great place to stay, we will definately be back!
