This is our second week long stay at the Hoedenmaker. Our family, son and his wife, grandson, and grandma, stayed April, 2012 and again this year. This is our most favorite place ever to stay. Christine and Francis are like family to us. They are very loving, kind and caring people. The house was beyond our expectation - so welcoming and cozy. Everything is as shown in the pictures - EVEN BETTER. From now on we hope to go back yearly and stay for two weeks. Also, everything is immaculate and well cared for. The kitchen has everything you could ever need - plus some. The bedrooms are decorated with great care and charm and the beds are extremely comfortable. My grandson loved his room at the top level of this lovely 17th century home. He keeps asking me when we are going back again. Brugge has so many lovely things to offer for everyone. I could go back for many years and discover something I had not seen before. Christine and Francis have prepared a lovely and detailed binder with all the historical information on their lovely city. You can certainly tell they love this city and their home and wish to share all they know about this well preserved part of Flemish history. Christine and Frances, I want to thank you again for sharing your hearts and lovely home with us and are looking forward to visiting again for many years to come.
