Vacation rental 'De Hoedenmaker' is a beautiful, traditional-style home located in the center of medieval Bruges. Built in the 1600's, it has all the charm and elegance of Renaissance Europe, but with fully modern comfort and conveniences. Located in the peaceful St.Gilles quarter, it is only a 5 minute walk to Market square and the center of town. 'De Hoedenmaker' is among the most charming and intimate rental homes available in all of Bruges. This house is professionally managed and maintained. References are available upon request.

    Deposit: 25% to be paid upon reservation.
    Refundable security deposit of 100 euro cash at check-in.

    Cancellation: Refund of deposit, less 10% of rental fee, if more than 30 days prior to rental.
    Refund deposit, less 35% of rental due, if more than 15-30 days prior.
    Full rental due if less than 15 days prior

'House Book' included at the house, with extensive information on house details, restaurants, shops, history, etc. The house faces south, and takes in plenty of sun throughout the year. 'De Hoedenmaker' is located in a quiet residential area, about 400m north of Markt square, near the 14th-century St. Gilles church.

In the Surrounding Area:: Town of Damme, 3 km (bike or canal ride). Belgian Seashore, 12 km. Gent, 45 km. Brussels, 90 km. This house makes an ideal base from which to see all of north-western Europe. Amsterdam, Brussels, Antwerp, Paris, Cologne, even London, are all within an easy day's drive or train ride. Many guests rent for 3 weeks or more, making numerous side trips.

What a wonderful place to stay for myself and my two thirteen year old boys. So safe and quiet, but with easy access to the entire city. I rented bicyles for the week and we had a blast at de Hodenmaker! Thanks, too, to Willie, who is an accomodating and wonderful local host.

Wonderful home. Clean, well maintained, and interesting. Great location & near to all of Brugge. Local Staff (Willy) very helpful. Highly recommended.
