Multiple porches on all three levels offer dramatic views of the gulf and private spaces for members of your family to enjoy their morning coffee or curl up with a good book. The house has four bedrooms. The three main bedrooms (1K, 1Q, 2Full) are uniquely decorated and feature TVs with VCRs, private linens, extra pillows, and ceiling fans.

Additional information about rental rates

  • $3800
  • $3800/wk. Sunday to Sunday (weekly only). JUNE - AUGUST. NO PETS, NO SMOKING.

    Families only please. We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25, unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent for the entire stay.

    Advance deposit of 50% of rental fee plus a $25 non-refundable processing fee is required. Remainder plus taxes and security/damage deposit due in full upon check-in.

    Security/Damage deposit is 20% of rental fee. Deposit will be refunded within two-three weeks of departure if no damages and all rules and regulations are followed.

    Payment by Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express.

    Cancellations: Reservation deposits will not be refunded unless the unit is re-rented for the same rental payment and time period reserved. If refunded there will be a $40.00 cancellation fee withheld.

    Summer: JUNE - AUGUST $3800/week. (Weekly Only)

Our House: Two master suites (1K & 1Q) are on the second floor, while the first floor bedroom has 2 full size beds and an adjoining bath. The fourth bedroom (the Tower Room located on the third floor) has a queen sofa bed and opens onto the third floor porch with panoramic views of the gulf and surrounding area. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances and features a ceramic tile island with breakfast bar for quick meals and convenient access to the charcoal grill for those great summer outdoor meals. Rosemary Beach, Seaside, great restaurants and shopping, and fantastic outdoor living will add to your stay on the Emerald Coast and make it truly memorable. Sorry: No Pets, No Smoking.

Amenities: Free Amenities Package includes: 1 free round of Golf per day, one complimentary adult admission to Big Kahuna water park per day, unlimited movie and game Rentals (one at a time), one complimentary adult admission per day for Gulf World Marine Park. Fine dining & great shopping. Fully equipped kitchen, 4 TVs, DVD, 3 VCRs, High Quality Stereo, CD Player, Cable TV, Washer/Dryer, Charcoal Grill, Linens, Ice Maker, Dishwasher, Microwave and Air Conditioning. Extensive kids attractions & amusements in nearby Panama City Beach (15 minute drive).
