The home is conveniently located east of Seaside, on the south side of 30A. We are approximately 20 miles from Destin and 15 miles from Panama City Beach. Shopping, dining and great activities are a walk or easy drive. We are only minutes from the towns of Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Also located within a 10 minute drive are full service grocery stores, pharmacies and liquor stores. There are lots of activities such as swimming, golf, fishing, hiking, amusement parks, wildlife viewing, shopping, restaurants, cinemas, museums, sightseeing, snorkeling & diving, boating, sailing, surfing, windsurfing, para sailing, jet-skiing, shelling, kayaking.

    50% Reservation Deposit due upon making reservation. Remaining balance plus $450 refundable Damage Deposit due no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival.
    Upon cancellation, payment is non-refundable unless property can be re-rented by owner - $200 processing fee will apply. Payment is not refunded for inclement weather unless mandatory evacuation order is in effect.

Lovely home with plenty of space for 10, TV's in all rooms to entertain everybody. Nice pool, almost passed up beach to stay here and relax. Quiet neighboorhood, go to beach and look at sea life, sea tutrtle eggs and lots of different birds. The area around this spot has plenty of grocery shopping and places to eat...good seafood places.. Close to both Panama City Beach and Destin..
Has lots of bicycle rentals, kayaks and other fishing related activities..Will do again!!
Owner's Response: We love it when our guests enjoy our home as much as we do! We want our guests and families to return every year. Come enjoy the peacefulness, beauty and the beach with out crowds! When you tire of the beach, you can always relax by the pool. Fall is a great time to visit as the weather is incredible and the crowds are gone. Come back soon!
