TERRIBLE STAY

Unit was dirty upon arrival, master bed sags in the mjddle so you roll to ths middle uncomfortable. Furniture dirty wicker couch arms has dirt embedded in it. stove old and rusty, refer has missing parts and had to repair broken door bracket to use the door space.. Had to scrub and reseal the grout in the bathroom to get rid of the urine smell. Does not have a private patio it is a wrap around deck goes all the way around the bldg. Patio chairs were plastic and broken had to go buy our own. Even after we did all the cleaning and grout work owner still kept my deposit said we left place dirty. We left the unit in better condition than we found it. Would not and can not recommend this unit to anyone. View is only good thing about the place.

Owner's Response: SunChase 102 was cleaned before the Feb renters checked in Feb 2013. The stove and fridge were not old. All contents were replaced after Hurricane Katrina. All rooms were cleaned before the Feb renters checked in. The balcony is private and recorded in papers at the Baldwin County Court House. Beach chairs and balcony chairs are provided and are always in good shape. TheFeb renters did not pay the cleaning fee that was in the lease and they did not clean the unit before they left. I emailed my cleaners and told the not to clean SunChase 102 is it was clean. The cleaning service cleaned SunChase 102 after the Struves checed out. The aboves actions of the Struves broke the conditions of the lease. The lease was not even signed by the Feb renters and his review of my listing the Feb renter is all false information.

Stayed here in October 2009. Very clean,comfy beds,right on the Gulf.You can sit on the balcony and take in a breath taking view.Plan on coming again. Maybe this year.
