I'm an avid skier. I also love to fish and hike. Owning this condo has really been wonderful for me, my family and friends. There are a variety of events that make Mammoth a perfect vacation spot--especially if you love jazz, wine tasting, classical music, art shows, 10ks and FISHING.
The Owner purchased this condo in 1977
We bought at Mammoth because we could drive in six hours no matter the weather. Hiking in sunshine is especially SUPER for someone who grew up in Seattle!
We can kick back, have a home cooked dinner and some tasty beverages and watch a beautiful fire in our fireplace or the TV when something good is offered. Naturally the Jacuzzi spa is great after skiing hard all day and the sauna a nice extra. The common area has coin laundry facilities. The pool is convenient in the summer especially for the kids. A family vacation spot for sure!!!!
We send pictures of each room to every inquiry. If you feel that a unit with extras is a unit with clutter, you should have looked at the photos closely. We stock the unit with extras---you are the first guest to complain. As you can see, finding a drawer that had tools and glue in it enabled one guest to repair his fishing pole.
The spare, motel look is definitely not our condo but as we travel around the world and stay in various pricey places, we know our Mammoth condo is a spectacular value.
Mammoth has all kinds of special events year round---go to the ski area website and the Town of Mammoth site for details
Art Shows, Craft Fairs, Wine Tasting events, Bluegrass Festival, Jazz Festival including Dixieland, Classical concerts, string quartets, running 10ks, 4th of July Parade, Beer Tasting, snowboard events as well as ski races.
