CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations canceled any time before arrival will be refunded less 20% ONLY if the property is rerented. If the property does not rerent and you have not purchased TRAVEL INSURANCE you will not receive a refund. TRAVEL INSURANCE is available- it is optional and does have a fee to purchase.
DEPOSITS: Once you make a reservation a deposit of half the base rental rate is due within 10 days to confirm the reservation. The balance including taxes, fees, and security deposit is due 30 days prior to check in.
OTHER FEES: 25.00 Reservation Fee~ 45.00 non Refundable Security Deposit~ Linen rentals are available~ Rental office does offer travel insurance-additional charge~
