The estate with apartment is located in the Arta area with a view of the ocean and mountains. There is a 300 sqm terrace, a pool 12 x 5 m long and is located on a private 4,000 sqm space. It is completely furnished and a television, kitchenette with coffee maker, dishes, towels, heater, linens etc. It is furnished for 2 adults. There is also 1 hall, 1 bathroom, 1 separate bedroom and 1 living room with kitchenette (total approx. 48 sqm). The pool normally permits nudism, live how you want. There is over 10 km of ocean view from the pool area. Anything you need for a holiday can be found within close proximity: Groceries and shops (3 - 4 km), tennis (2 - 3 km), 3 golf courses (10 - 20 km), various beautiful beaches (3 - 8 km). The sunrise over the ocean is absolutely beautiful to see and the sunset behind the mountains is just as beautiful.
