Fantastic Property in Excellent Location

My family stayed here (two college age sons and a middle school daughter) for a week, and never ran out of things to do. The beach down the hill is very clean and quiet - and a short walk from the home. The hot tub on the deck overlooking the ocean was our favorite spot to relax. We spent many days walking both to the beach, into Summerland (lots of nice shops and places to eat), and the hills behind the property. If you are looking for a quality home, great views, well-tended gardens, and a great home base from which to explore Santa Barbara, Ventura, and Ojai, this is it! The home is absolutely huge, and would be a great place for a business retreat for a small company. The negative comment below is far off base - you are renting a person's home, not a hotel - seasoned VRBO travelers will understand this. Most things will exceed your expectations (the view, the floor plan, the spa), and if there are a few minor details that don't, just roll with it. We will definitely be back!
