WE'RE BACK ! ! ! - After a year off line - COMPLETELY NEW INSIDE: New tile floors and carpeted bedrooms. New cabinets in kitchen and both bathrooms. New appliances in kitchen and utility. Ceramic cook top with full oven, built-in microwave, full size refrigerator/freezer, dish washer, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, blender. Everything you need for full service cooking and serving. Lg. Mstr. bdrm. has new queen bed, walk-in closet, full bath, patio access. Bdrm 2 has full bath access w/twin beds. Washer/dryer, ironing facilities and all linens are provided. Very quiet safe area yet close to all needs. Walk to Old Town, baseball stadium, shopping, library, art district, restaurants, long walking path.
KITCHEN & BEDROOM features: The full size kitchen is fully supplied with cooking pots & pans, bowls & utensils, serving bowls & utensils and ample dishes, flatware and glassware. Plastic ware is included for use at the pool. Lots of other kitchen extras are not mentioned here.
The master bedroom has a new queen size extra thick mattress set, large dresser, foot locker, wall mirror. Separate cabinet for TV with remote control, AM/FM radio with tape & CD player, walk-in closet, its own private bathroom and its own door to the patio.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds that can be belted together to form a king size set, an upright dresser and ample closet space, it is very closely situated to bathroom 2.
Both bathrooms are the same size and include tub/shower combinations.
The unit has it's own Washer/dryer.
For your pleasure there are music CDs, videos, sight-seeing magazines, directory of local establishments and services, brochures, maps, many books, stationery and more.
RESERVATION, DIRECTIONS & CHECK-IN : Your reservation will be handled by e-mail to assure that each of us has a record of the ongoing process.
Upon receipt of your deposit, you will be sent, via e-mail, welcome information including directions from the airport or from the highway you will be arriving on. A map to the condo will be provided, if needed, along with the security gate entrance code. Our secure entry process will be provided by email. That will allow you entrance any time of day or night. The condo will be your immediate home-away-from-home.
We will also be sending you other information including web sites you may explore to identify events, activities and points of interest you'll want to check out - You can make many plans before you leave home. Even purchase tickets to events that will be happening while you are here. Professional Sports, College Sports, Concerts, Performing Arts and many other venues are happening year-round. It's a wonderful area that's full of wonderful adventures.
PERSONAL ATTENTION from your HOST: We are here to serve you in any way possible. A wonderful vacation in a comfortable home-like facility is what we want to provide you. It's our vacation home too so it has creature comforts that we enjoy also. We come and go in 'suit-cases' too, so our personal things are taken with us. It's very much like a resort time-share but is in a quiet gated residential facility.

This property is on the ground floor - so no stairs to climb. It's only about 20 steps to the pool gate. It's cooler when it gets hot out and warmer when it gets cool. Yes, it can get cool occasinally, but at least it's sunny. The inner courtyard is protected by the three story square structure of the complex. The codo front faces the center courtyard which contains the pool and spa. The pool is right out the front window. We hope you'll enjoy the southwest decor, after-all, isn't that why you come to the southwest? To feel a different experience than that which you have at home? Our southwest decor is a bit whimsical and fun - not the way we would decorate at home. Come relax and enjoy a good book about the southwest plus enjoy offerings from our video, CD and small library of many books.
All who have stayed with us have remarked on it's cleanliness, great location to all venues, convenient free trolly transportation, quick access to the freeways, closeness to several grocery stores including specialty stores and health food stores. It's like a resort but without all the traffic, kids, parties and bussyness. It's very quiet and yet it's so close to many venues that are within walking or trolly distance. The pool & spa are just steps away from the front door.

Within 3 Blocks: Albertsons, restaurants, service shops, auto service, gas & more.
Within 5 Blocks: Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Stadium, Performing Arts Center, Museum, Library, Hospital, Golf Courses.
Dining styles: Mexican, Asian, Italian, Steaks, Seafood, Pizza, Bar B Que, Hamburgers, Subs, Ice Cream, you name it, it's near by. - we'll provide you a list of places to eat from fast food to the finest in dining. Also, information about places to go, features to see and discoveries to be made to help you kick-start your vacation adventures. This is our spring and fall home, our discoveries will be shared with you. The Valley Metro Bus System can be a fun and economical way to get around, catch it just 3 blocks west.
The Scottsdale Free Trolly passes by the front entrance of the complex. It covers the Scottsdale downtown area from morning until night.
Other Activities: Phoenix Zoo, Fashion Square Mall, Thursday Art Walk, Popago Park, Climb Camelback Mtn.
Golf: Many golf courses are around the area. Continental Golf Course and Coronado Golf Courses are about 6 blocks away. Continental is 6 blocks east and north. Coronado is about 6 blocks east and south. Both are economical courses and are open to the public. There are about 20 in the Scottsdale area and over 200 courses in the Greater Phoenix area.
